Hey everyone I've moved and need to fill my room in Myrtle Bank adelaide. Currently it is a periodic lease and can only garuente a short term stay as the property is being put on the market in mid August. Although the hope is to continue the lease with the new owners. The house is old and big with a good back yard, very nice safe area. Shared bathroom and shower but there is another toilet. 15-20 min bus ride to the city. 2 chilled housemates Sanya and Tom. I work from home and my profession is not suitable for live-in children - however, I am super open and happy to consider children on a weekend type basis. Walking distance to Norwood and the city or super close to public transport, cafes, parks and playgrounds. I'm pretty cruisey but also like the house to be maintained and tidy. I am not much of a partier (or when I do, it's usually unexpected). I own a TV but it's not plugged into an aerial, music is more my thing.
