Located centrally, the apartment is walking distance to Fitzroy St, Albert Park Lake, the beach and Middle Park Shops. It's also a minute stroll to the 96 tram route (10-mins to the CBD). There's no lock-in and you can stay on a month-to-month basis if that's what suits. The room is fully furnished, however, if you would prefer to bring your own furniture, I couldn't chair less, it doesn't really mattress to me ;) Please note, the room pictured is the master bedroom which I'm now occupying. We have just signed the lease for this 3 story townhouse in St Kilda West, conveniently located 1 block from Fitzroy street, 1 block to Albert Park lake and 2 blocks from the beach. I live in a gorgeous two bedroom, 2 story secure flat in the heart of St Kilda in between 2 city bound trams just off Fitzroy St with a new dishwasher. It is an easy walk to St Kilda beach. My home is quiet and peaceful but there is plenty of entertainment in the area. The rental is just a room with built in wardrobes but you won't need anything else. The rent is $300 per week without the car space. House rules; no guests without prior arrangement but prefer never as my rural friends stay occasionally. Clean up after yourself. The Place: Probably the best place you're going to see available in Melbourne, and you'd be mad not to check it out. 2 story sub-penthouse, floor to ceiling windows with unobstructed views of the whole city, and the Bay from St Kilda Pier to Port Melbourne.
