There are two tram lines located very close to the house No.96 and No.12 which will take you into heart of the Melbourne CBD within 20-25 mins. Also the thriving tourist destination of St Kilda is within walking distance or a short 5 min tram ride. The house is only a five minute walk to the bayside beaches, there is a boulevard along the beach front where you can relax and enjoy the sea air and all the activities that take place there, Volley Ball, Wind surfing etc. There is a great gym, St Kilda South Pacific Health Club set on the beach with a salt water swimming pool and sauna and a state of the art gym, with yoga classes, spin, pump and more. Albert Park with it's lovely lake is very close by fantastic for walking, picnics and playing tennis. Being cushioned by the beach and park allows a sense of being protected and creates a tranquil atmosphere. I am a full time practising and exhibiting artist/painter with a studio in the CBD where I work at least 5 days of the week. My interests are cooking, keeping fit, yoga, going to the cinema, travel and socialising with friends. Georgie 23 rents out the third bedroom, works fulltime with a film co. in South Melbourne. She has a friendly and outgoing personality and is ajoy to be around. I do throw the occasional dinner party and party. This centrally located apartment is in between Albert Park lake and St Kilda Road you are walking distance to Chapel St and St Kilda and it's just a 20 minute tram ride to the City. we are looking for an easy going person who is friendly with a sense of humour. Respectful of others space but also social with housemates. Hopefully you are able to assist in keeping the common areas tidy. You'll be sharing with a 26 year old female who works full time who is home a few nights a week chilling out on the couch and a 23 year old male who works shift work and enjoys a bottle of wine and a dance.
