This unit is great, I absolutely love it! It's super close to everything. Southland is a short drive away. Close to plenty of cafe's and restaurants. The bedroom is unfurnished, so would need to bring your own stuff. However the rest of the unit (Kitchen, loungeroom) is furnished. The bathroom is shared and is the laundry also. There's internet and netflix also :) At the moment the unit is for sale, so there are open for inspections once a week. However the lease doesn't run up until Mid Feb so ideally looking for someone to stay long term

The apartment is above woolies but down the end away from the station so you don't hear the trains. Clean and tidy and fully furnished at the moment but happy to move some stuff out. It is a 3 bedroom place but the 3rd room is currently used as storage, ironing, office etc. (which I am happy for you to use as storage too!) The outdoor balcony is currently boring, only a bean bag and bbq but wanting to update soon. You will have your own full bathroom (that is also the laundry too) but it isn't an en suite!
