Obviously, everything seen in the room photo won't be there. The place: Well, everything works. The central heating is the biggest feature. Water pressure in the shower is great. Wooden floorboards, rather unused 'backyard' with clothes-line. The Sun hits all the right spots; even in 40+ degree days the place stays surprisingly cool due to the lack of 'direct' sunlight. Aircon unit does the job if we need an extra boost though. Small shed along side of the house if extra storage is needed. * The lounge/living area will be way less cluttered on move-in day * Fittings: Looking to buy a couch as housemate taking hers. There's a modern gas stove and oven in the kitchen with granite benchtops. Have a fridge and large TV but possibly losing the top loader washing machine and microwave. The landlord is rarely around. 1 inspection in 3 years, we don't bother him so he rarely bothers us. He lived in this place for over 10 years before we moved in.
