The rental is in Seaview downs, this area is fantastic and safe.The house is on a street just off Seacombe road, Seacombe road has a bunch of great take-away places and a fantastic bakery. Seacliff beach is a short 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the house. You'll have access to all the cafes and restaurants at Brighton beach also, being only another 5 minutes up the road. Marion shopping centre is about the same distance in the other direction, from there you can catch a bus to most places on this side of town. Flinders Uni is only 10 minutes away by bus. This house is pet friendly and great for dogs, the yard is secure and not to mention massive, plenty of room for entertaining or DIY projects. The driveway has room for 2-3 cars it's pretty tight though so maybe not the ideal for big work utes or vans. The landlord is a great bloke, he and the agents at Magain real estate rarely check in so you'll have privacy there. There is NBN connected at the house, I have an unlimited plan through Telstra which you are able to access by chipping in on the monthly bill. There is a third bedroom that will not be filled by anyone so you are welcome to store anything in there you cannot fit in your room. YOUR ROOM Your room is the private spacious master bedroom, 5m X 3m it comes with air conditioning and plenty of storage. The room has built in wardrobes with shelving, draws and coat rack. The master bedroom has a massive window that opens to the front of the house fitted with roller shutters for privacy and security. Not to sugar coat everything this place has its downsides just like any other. The house is a small 2-3 bedroom. It has a thin entrance which makes it hard for moving things in The house has a smallish kitchen and laundry. There is no dish washer, this can make the kitchen look untidy very quickly. The hot water system is a tiny 80ltr and runs out quickly, you and I will have to adjust to 5 minute showers so that we both have hot water. There is only one shower and one toilet.
