The house is in such a good spot, there's a heap of parks within a 5 minute walk, the beach is a 10 minute walk and the train station is a 1 minute walk away. I have a 6 year old golden retriever and he is definitely the centre piece of the house so you must love dogs. There's a huge backyard so bring on summer barbeques! $16 Uber home from town, close to the beach, Coles, Micky D’s and a decent chip shop up the road and a couple different bus options only a short walk away. We have internet (mostly used for Netflix) bbq, house cleaner every fortnight ( $25 each ) air conditioning/heating and a swim spa! Who else has one of those!? There are currently three girls and a Jack Russel living here. We’re fairly quiet during the week and usually go out to socialise rather than bring it here but we’re not opposed to the odd bevvy and a chat now and then.
