The bedroom is mostly furnished with a double bed and a chrome wardrobe/clothes rack and bedside table. There are 2 rooms to choose from, one is a bit smaller at approximately 3.35m x 3m, the other is about 3.20m x 3.60. Plenty of other storage around the house. I also have a dog that is living inside and on the couch, so you must like dogs!! She's shy at first but a good dog, and a very willing running buddy. So about me: I work in the city, mon-fri 8-5 or thereabouts. I do triathlons, so I train a bit but I'm not a health freak. The sleepout is my bike room :) When I'm not out and about I enjoy a bit of socialising in the house, the odd meal together, watching a movie etc. But it certainly won't be a party house. I'm not into sharing food apart from the abovementioned shared meal. I'm not a neat-freak, but I like the common areas to be clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. There's a good 500gb naked wireless connection. I also have Stan. I'd like a housemate that is respectful and friendly, someone who is tidy at least in the communal areas we share, and treats the house like their home, therefore also does the odd house duties, like taking out the bins or watering the lawn. I am open to short or long term, maybe even with another small to medium sized friendly and well behaved pooch.

Our place is a funky, recently renovated upstairs unit in an apartment that is a 20 second walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to Moseley Square (the heart of Glenelg, with ample shopping, cafes/restaurants, supermarkets, cinema, gyms etc), Bus services and a Tram service that takes you directly into the CBD. Would ideally suit 2-3 people, or 2 couples. You would be paying rent to our real estate agent, but we would be covering any costs for utilities and internet.
