Timing of our end of lease means my current housemate is leaving early, and I want to avoid breaking the lease, which ends 20 September. So I have one or maybe even 2 rooms available for shorter term stays. Or if interested it could also lead to taking over the lease. One room is furnished with a double bed, bedside and a chrome clothes rack, the other is unfurnished. There are 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen, an additional small sleepout and sunroom and Lounge of course with a huge awesome couch. 1 bathroom with separate toilet. There is an undercover courtyard area and small yard. Apart from the sleepout, there are floorboards throughout. It's in a great location only 2.5km from the Beach, equally about 2.5km from No 12 tram stop. Easy access to the city. Parking is available off-street. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. One room is approximately 3.35m x 3m, the other is about 3.20m x 3.60. Plenty of other storage around the house. I also have a dog that is living inside and on the couch, so you must like dogs!! She's shy at first but a good dog. I work in the city, mon-fri 8-5 or thereabouts. I'd be happy to have someone who just needs a short term place for whatever reason, or someone who might then want to have their own share house, the house is pretty suitable for that, I have lived and shared here for 3 years. With a short term arrangement I am not too fussed, Get in touch if you think thbut I still like the common areas to be clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Great little pad in glenelg. Stone throw to Watermark hotel and jetty road. The place is a furnished, pretty shabby stuff but I'm hardly around to use it. Also your bedroom is empty with built in robes. If you want to bring your own furniture for the shared areas thats cool too. I work two weeks away and two weeks off. Most of the time i travel overseas for my time off so im not there often at all meaning its a place virtually to yourself :). Summers coming, its an ideal location. Good little balcony overlooking the park, 2 minute walk to the beach and has aircon. Look forward to hearing from you Andy

The house is a 2bedroom, neat little house with a great backyard. Animal friendly as I have dogs and cats. I'm not far from Jetty Rd, Brighton and Marion Shopping Centre is within walking distance. It's a nice, safe area.
It is a large room in a quaint granny flat behind the main house and has it's own entrance. Comes furnished with a single bed (that can be changed) and a study desk. There is heaps of storage available as well as a TV and ceiling fan, although the house stay pretty cool even during the warmest summer days. There's also a really nice garden out where you can sit and relax and grab fresh veggies from the veggie patch. LOCATION! Right next to Westfield Marion, Oaklands Park train station and bus stops - all within 3-5 min walking distance.
