I am looking to replace myself on the current lease because I have to relocate to the north side to be closer to work. The house is incredibly close to everything e.g. gyms, supermarkets, public transport, restaurants, bars (It is a 15 second walk to the Prahran markets.) The house has everything you need, but your bedroom will be unfurnished. The move in date would be the 9th-10th Dec (potentially earlier) Unfortunately, the lease only is valid until May. Although you could renew the lease in May, the other housemates are unsure if they will continue. You would be in charge of getting new share mates and taking over the lease your self. (Some of the current housemates might stay) Replacing myself on the lease is quite a high priority, I'd be willing to drop the bond needed to 2 weeks.
