We are sharing a big apartment in a great location (South Yarra), close to Chapel street, Albert Park, Prahan market. The tram 58 and the bus 246 are just down the flat. We are very close to the tram 78, 3, 6, 72, 64, 67 if we walk 10min crossing Fawkner Park. Everything is furnished, so you just need to bring your own stuffs. The rent is paid monthly, this doesn't include the bills such as Gas and power (monthly), water (every 3 months), internet (monthly). We share all the bills with the number of person living in the flat. The bond is 1 350$. Hope to see you during an inspection.

The room itself is facing South and has the best view in the apartment. It comes fully furnished with a King Single bed (W 106 cm X L 203 cm), small desk and a chair and has a built in robe. The living area is very tiny but cozy. The kitchen is small but practical for whipping up small meals. There is no dining table but comfy coach and balcony seats make up for that. The apartment also has a west facing balcony with sweeping view (you get to see the sun set every day!). The location is super convenient; 5 mins away from the train station but also just steps away from various takeaways, grocery shops, chemist, fashion, post office - anything you could think of! The building has amazing facilities including, 20m pool, gym, sauna, steam room, function room and a rooftop area. The bills are $30 per week including the internet, electricity, hot water and water.

What we would share: - The living area: o open plan kitchen, with a dining table, an island bench and all the appliances you need including an oven and dishwasher o lounge with table, TV, Foxtel, a Wii, board games, heater/AC. o Comfortable Balcony with chairs, table and bench I do not have internet, as it is very slow for most tenants in the residence. I use my phone as an internet port, and it works really well. Eg: In the past: At home, our internet box used to cost $60 for slow connection = 30$ each person. My phone prepaid plan would cost me between $30 = it would cost me a total of $60 for phone+internet per month. And probably the same for my housemate. Now: when i stopped the internet plan, I bought about 60$ of phone prepaid plan. Because Optus always has deals, they gave me extra data. As it rolls over every month, now I only need to recharge 30$ every month and I still have 50gb at the end of each month to use for the next, + new data purchased! = So now, I pay a total of 30$ a month for phone+ internet. So really, you'd be saving money on bills in my apartment :-)
