It's an old-school style apartment thats 10 minutes walking distance from South Yarra Station and 17 minutes walking distance from Fawkner Park. 15 minutes by train to the CBD and 30 minutes by bus to St. Kilda Beach. Sunny days mean that you can just step outside and walk around comfortably. It's got pretty good air flow/ventilation and is a bit in the shade as well, so it's not too hot in the afternoon. There is a pretty big living room that you can customise however you want, you can hang things up, put some more furniture in there, the furnishing is flexible so it will be up to you to decorate it how you please. The property also has a balcony attached to the unit so you can get direct sunlight and have a coffee on the balcony in the mornings or put a chess table there, endless possibilities and they're up to you. The room is very spacious and can comfortably fit two people in the room so singles, couples and/or two friends are totally open to share the room. Direct sunlight and quite a breeze, more space means more ways to fit this room with furnishing. As seen in the pictures, I have fit in a small table, a monitor, a queen sized bed and still have quite a bit of space left over. Hi! I am looking for someone to share my lovely home in the Domain Precinct, South Yarra. The bedroom available is unfurnished. It has glimpses of the city, easily fit's a queen size bed and some extra furniture (bedside tables, chest of draws etc.) and has a generous built in cupboard. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, all white goods, and I have all kitchenware (some would argue too much). The bathroom is shared, however the toilet is separate. Very close to the Botanic Gardens for a run around the tan. All transport options are close by - the bus is a 1min walk, the Number 58 Tram is a 5-10 min walk and South Yarra Train station is about 10 mins away. There is bike storage (shared with neighbours) and a carpark available. Come winter, we are very comfortable with ducted gas heating through the whole apartment. The complex itself is very quiet and well maintained.
