The area is quiet, with some nice walking paths, and easy access to public transport and shopping. The house is very comfortable and fully furnished, and there is a huge bathroom and toilet for you to use (which will be used by house guests as well). You can securely park your car in the garage, and the backyard has a fountain, veggie patch, and nice relaxing areas to enjoy the peaceful garden and fresh air. Barbeque for you to use, as well. There is a separate t.v. area, and an office space (if desired). There is a yoga room that has a wooden floor and all the props and equipment for you to use. A kayak is also available for you to use, and there is a bike rack in the garage for you to hang your 2-wheeled transport. House has air conditioning in the main living area, and gas heaters to the tv room. Your room is carpeted with venetian blinds, and a queen-sized bed. The room has a closet with plenty of hanging space and a shelf overhead, sliding doors with chalkboard paint so you can write words of inspiration or your goals on them. The house is 7 years old so has a fresh, modern feel. Houserules are basically keep the place neat and tidy, clean up after yourself when you are done (rather than leave it til "later"), and lets enjoy each other's company. I am seeking a housemate that is comfortable enough to have the occasional chat, perhaps cook a meal together now and again, and to be considerate of each other (so keeping the t.v. levels to a minimum, or wearing the headphones that are next to the tv), no big parties or lots of entertaining of your friends.
