You can also bike into the city using the Spotswood punt We are happy for short or long termers - this house will suit you if you are relocating or travelling and want to arrive in a gorgeous area, handy to public transport, the city, shops, a retro cinema, cafes & the beach. It's clean, comfortable, safe and friendly. Although we are both friendly extroverts & happy to have a chat, we are both busy with jobs, social lives and activities, so you need to be independent & have your own life . Our ideal housemate/ houseguest is optimistic, emotionally intelligent, more left than right leaning, and not involved in any dramas. Spotswood is great - we're close to the station, there's a cute shopping strip, a boutique brewery, and a fantastic science museum all within walking distance. The house and bedroom are fully furnished but the bedroom can be cleared if you’ve got your own stuff. There's a big, light, bedroom available, with heaps of storage and a small bar fridge. The kitchen and living area are shared zones where we all meet, chat and share meals when we feel like it. Molly and Louie also have their own loungerooms, so we all have our own spaces and busy lives. The whole house is pretty nice, and big enough that we can have lives that overlap but won't live in each other's pockets.
