It is technically a study and a bedroom joined together, but you get to occupy both sections! - It would be perfect from someone who loves to do cartwheels, or simply enjoys a bit of space for whatever other reason there is. -We are wanting the space to be a hub of all things wonderful, eg. yoga, music, art, gardening, workshops. So if you are that kind of person, then you get extra points! (There is a massive communal workshop/studio space downstairs for us all to let those creative juices flow!) - We also don't discriminate against 'non-professionals' so long as you can pay the rent, then you are welcome! - The house will be completely unfurnished as none of us have moved in yet. We have an awesome bathroom with a spa bath and large waterfall shower. There is also a downstairs toilet and laundry. There is a large and beautiful garden and a huge deck to lounge in the hammock. Nestled up amongst the trees on the escarpment you get serenaded by the abundant birdlife while having only a 2 minute drive or short (but hilly) walk to the beach. Close to many fabulous cafes and restaurants and the live music scene of Thirroul and Bulli. No smokers, no heavy drinkers or drug use, and I don't have a TV but do have a cinema set up for the occasional movie or Netflix marathon.

We have a place in Woonona that we're moving into on the 2nd of March. Rent will be less than stated above once we work out rooms etc. The house has a big backyard, two bathrooms, a shed, sunroom area and is super close to the beach - you can see ocean views from the end of the street. I have a dog, she's a well behaved unicorn almost 100% of the time but she's also still a dog from time to time... so if you don't like dogs and the various antics that dogs sometimes engage in then this may not be the house for you.. If you do like dogs then the love and fuzz you receive will be more than you could ever imagine.
A good sized room, with bed, cupboards, bookshelf and large study desk - I am happy for you to redecorate to some extent.. the only items that cannot be moved from the room is the cupboard - so if you have a double bed, I can remove the single bed. Am happy to remove the bookshelf and desk if not required. The room has french doors onto the front veranda. I have a no smoking and no pets policy, I like a clean place, but I am not a freak about it, I will opt to go out and then get back to the clean up. I am very much an outdoorsy person. The beach is just at the end of the street, and so is the bike track and the area has a very casual feel to living - especially in the summer. The train station is about a 8min walk and the bus a 5min walk.
