This is a great place to live as it is very quiet, close to shops, restaurants and beach. The kitchen and bathroom are tidy and the room has built in wardrobes. We have a Weber BBQ that you would be welcome to use. The whole house is furnished, you would just need to bring furniture for the room. We like to keep the place tidy.

Close to the beach, relatively close to train station and local shops. Rent per week includes all bills. Also has a great view of the Escarpment which is awesome to view from the massive balcony, really good during sunny days. I know the kitchen is old, but it will be upgraded in the future. The property is nicely shaded by some lovely big trees, and the breeze comes off the ocean right in through to bedroom windows, so it will be a really lovely sanctuary in summer time out of the heat. Room is 3.9m x 2.6m with BIW. Unfurnished Not a party house I’m afraid people, it's in a small block of units so any excessive noise would be unacceptable and get me in trouble off my neighbors. Couples welcome, pets such as cats and dogs not really suitable. But if you have small pets you'd keep in your room they’d be welcome. Washing machine in the bathroom, with clothes line out the back. All bills included, except electricity, to be split evenly.

I have a room for rent in a 2 bedroom unit meters from the beach. It’s a great central location, walking distance to supermarket, cafe/takeaway shops, medical centre, bus stop etc, 15 minute walk to train station and 5 minute drive to Wollongong. 2 bedroom unit is fully furnished and available room is currently furnished but if you have your own furniture that’s fine. There is plenty of on street parking available. Rent is $200 a week inclusive of bills and unlimited wifi. The room is only available until mid August as I will be moving.
