It is conveniently located 1min walk from Summer Hill station and village, which is close to all amenities including IGA, cafes, gyms etc. The unit currently has two girls living there. Unfortunately, one of the flatmate is headed back to her home after finishing her studies. So I am looking for another nice housemate to move in soon. The unit is very cozy, free of disruptions and absolutely clean. It is located in a secure building. The second bedroom is becoming available on 11th December, and is fully furnished. The room has a double bed, mattress, bedside table, desk, chair and wardrobe. The room gets ample sunshine and has a balcony attached to it. The unit itself is fully furnished. The kitchen is furnished with oven, chimney, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom has a washing machine. The living room has a sofa and coffee table available. There is a king single bed with very comfortable mattress and a large study desk in the room. If you don't need either I will store them. There's a few picture hooks on the walls for your art and prints and the room gets a nice breeze through the window.
Hey! I'm looking for a new flat mate to move in any time in November. The apartment has two decks, internal laundry and plenty of sunshine. The room is unfurnished and quite big. (4 x 5) and also has a built in wardrobe. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and is comfortable and 'homey'. It's a 3 minute walk to the train station, close to the Bay Run, tennis courts and parks as well as all the awesome cafes and restaurants in Summer Hill. 5 mins by train to Newtown, 15 minutes to the city and walking distance to Haberfield, Ashfield, Lewisham and Dulwich Hill.

Great share house! It's a really beautiful and a BIG home with high ceilings and spacious rooms. Newly renovated so it's really fresh and just easy to live in, with a really good feel. There's also aircon in the common rooms, so like... amazing. Because it's big, you don't feel like you're in anyone's way, even when everyone's home. Patio and grassy backyard out the back. The room on offer has a HUGE built in closet. like seriously... huge. And is super light filled in the mornings if you have the windows open. Plus, you're an 8min walk away from the train station (5 min run if you're late!), a large IGA five minutes walk away, or Ashfield shopping centre is like 10-15min walk away and it has EVERYTHING (woolies, coles, kmart,etc). Perfect if you don't have a car (I haven't had one for the past 12 months and it's been easy as). Not really any house rules - anything goes, as long as you're being respectful. There's a really good 24hr gym five min walk away if you're looking for something like that. And CAFES/COFFEE GALORE. Summer hill has some serious quality food/wine/pizza/coffee places. Electricity is about $80 per quarter (per person) Internet is unlimited data and is $15-16 per month (super cheap) I'm only moving because of work! Please note that you must be willing to have your name on the lease when it renews on the 20th January 2019.

I'm hoping to grow some herbs on the balcony. The flat is located between Summer Hill station, Liverpool Rd, Parramatta Road and Taverners Hill light rail. Ashfield Park, Petersham Park, Cadigal Reserve, Richard Murden Reserve and the more modest Underwood Reserve are all close by if you need some green space. Summer Hill has a Supa IGA - with a walk in cheese fridge - is less than a 10 minute walk. Ashfield Mall - with an Aldi, Coles and Woolworths - and Leichhardt Marketplace - with an Aldi and Woolworths - are within walking distance. Or go by bus or light rail. Floor plan is for another unit in the building, but the rooms are in the same configuration. Bedroom 2 is available and has a built in robe along the wall shared with the living room. Anyone looking to move in will need to be approved by the landlord, but you don't have to be added to the lease. As I've just moved in I'm currently without a fridge, washing machine, tv or couch, so there is definitely room for those. If you don't have these, I'm happy to source them and we can discuss it further if you are looking to acquire some white goods.

My partner and I recently bought the place and have a full furnished bedroom available, the main bathroom will be all yours. We are currently making small renovations to the place. Repainting kitchen cabinets and the like, nothing bigger at this stage. We have a small miniature schnauzer called River, she is very friendly and loves company. We have a large two story semi in a friendly tree lined street. It's extremely close walking to Summer Hill train station and shopping village. Parramatta road is walkable with access to buses including night rides to and from city. The backyard is large and well maintained, really peaceful. Possums play most nights in the trees and occasionally the local bush turkey strolls in. Your room is large, sun drenched and has double french doors that open to front yard with a security bar door too which is perfect for air flow. It has a 1 year old queen ensemble bed and a few basic furnishings and hanging racks that can be stored in the attic if not required It is meant to be the lounge room but as we don't watch tv there was no point to have a lounge room. The dining room and yard is more than enough. the other two rooms are upstairs. The main bathroom is downstairs, we shower upstairs so its rare for it to ever be busy. We have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight, we split that bill $25 each and it's the best $25 I ever spend! The house is really well equipped and maintained especially in the kitchen as one of us is a chef. Not your typical share house, this is a home.
