My housemate and I have recently been approved for a really sweet property in Kirrawee/ Sutherland area. It's in a quiet street, there's air con, built in robe in the bedroom, which is a good size. There's two living areas, a big nice kitchen. We have a little dog called Charlie who loves a cuddle if you're up for it. Maddy and I have been best mates for a long time, we think we're pretty funny and we'd love to make a new pal, but we don't mind if you want to keep to yourself either. We're neat and tidy, but we're also not going to lose our minds if you don't get to the dishes right away.

This is a townhouse in a friendly complex within close distance to shops and public transport. The house is tidy, clean and modern. With a relaxing outdoor area to chillout in. The room has a very comfortable queen sized bed with large mirrored built in wardrobes. You can bring your own furniture if you prefer. It is really important that housemates like cats.
My home is in a quiet end of a cul-de-sac, with plenty of on street parking and looking for a house proud, clean and tidy working female. You must love wild animal as I encourage the wild birds to visit. In the morning the sun shines into the kitchen and back deck, and nothing better enjoying a coffee out on the back while you watch nature at your doorstep. not suitable for someone looking for a party house or you are not clean and tidy in your manner.
The people here are the greatest part, but on top of that, we have a lovely private front garden and the house have enough space that if you feel like you want time to yourself, you will always be able to find it. Most of us didn't know each other too well in the beginning but have all come to become close friends, which we are hoping to do with you!
