The house is huge with every bedroom having it's own balcony as well as a large courtyard at the back. We are pretty chilled out, the place is kept clean and tidy and it is great for entertaining. There are bbqs at the back courtyard with seating for 20+ people easily and the entire downstairs is open plan living area with a huge home cinema (laser projector) with surround sound system and latest xbox, netflix etc etc The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including commercial chef equipment and cookbooks from all the best restaurants in the world. We have a bar and beer brewing equipment if you are into that (my business is beer and coffee equipment). It's really close to transport and there is lots of cafes, restaurants and bars etc in a short walk. Smoking is ok outside and on your balcony just not in the house.
