Point Piper is a small, affluent harbourside eastern suburb of Sydney. Wolseley road is a beautiful street with hidden parks, lookouts and an exclusive beach at the end of our street (Lady Martins). Rose Bay ferry is a 15 minute walk from our apartment, the Rose Bay shops are about a 20 minute walk. Similarly Double Bay is about a 20 minute walk with a shopping centre, supermarket, post office, Aldi ect. There is a bus stop at the end of our street which takes you right into the CBD, it will take you anywhere between 15-40 minutes depending on traffic. We don't have parking permits however we have never had an issue with finding car parks. The apartment has recently been renovated with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and new floor boards. The apartment has a small courtyard accessible from one of the main rooms. Nick and I moved in jan from Melbourne so all the furniture is brand new. We currently have draws and a double bed in the bedroom which you may have if you wish ☺️ Rent is paid on the 17th of every month.
