**A tidy common room close to the city** I am looking for someone to take over my room on Dec 20th. You will share the flat with two female professionals both are out in the daytime. You might find it small but good to call it home:) The room has a floor window with sunlight block sticker on. Without direct sunlight, to be honest, for me when I wake up it is just nice, but then wouldn't want to stay in the room longer before sunset:p (I am not a 247 who stay in room anyways haha) The ceiling bulbs are warm white, perhaps give them a cold white would help. You can try:) Monthly rent AUD1129(Australia has its own way to calculate monthly rent different from weekly rent), and every quarter share gas bill. Within 5min walk. -From the city only take 15-20mins or less than that (I didn't actually count but I know it doesn't take long) It is 4-6 stations away depends on what train line you take.
