Hey! I have a decent sized room for rent in a nice suburban street. Short walk to Southgate Shopping Centre and bus stops which will take you to the closest Miranda station in 10 mins and Hurstville station in 13 mins. The house is fully furnished. I have my dog living with us. Would love to have another, so if you have a dog that'd be sweet. Also, I have a music room. So if you're a muso that's also sweet. We keep the house clean and tidy. But we're not anal about it. Just general respect is all good. We're both in our late 20's and work full time. Large backyard and sunroom for activities if you're into that. The rent is $183 per week + utilities. Internet is $25 per month each and Elec is around $150-$200 each per quarter. It will be available for 6 months at this stage.
