This is a Granny Flat at the rear of our property, the décor is old but has just received a new lick of paint and new stove. Bathroom includes the space for a washing machine. Opens up to an under cover area that is private from the rest of the property. We have 3 dogs, 2 medium and 1 large so no access to the back yard but tenant must love dogs as they can say hello at a connecting gate that will give access to the yard for the clothes line if you want to use it. Electricity is on a separate meter so up to the tenant to connect. Off street parking for one car. Water cost is included in the rent amount along with WIFI Internet. Would suit a single working person, no smoking inside the flat, share of the bins for garbage, close to Lake Haven Shopping Centre and Westfield Tuggerah.
Hello! We have a double bedroom available, it has a built in wardrobe, will fit a double bed and drawers easily. There is a double bed in there that you can use or I can store it elseware. There is a shared bathroom with shower, spa and toilet as well as a seperate toilet downstairs. We have NBN, Netflix, a covered BBQ area right down near the river. Good fishing if you're interested. We have air conditioning and gas cooking. The yard is large and we have a fire pit down by the river where we have bonfires, a few drinks and cook out's! There are 2 kayaks which you can use to explore the river :). We are a very friendly and clean house. We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks and cleans all of the main areas plus the bathrooms. I take care of all the lawns and gardens. I prefer No smoking but i do have a guy here that smokes and if its done outside by the river and buts are cleaned up I dont mind. Prefer people with full time work as then everyone understands the need for sleep on week nights. We want everyone to feel comfortable in the house including you.
