It's in a beautiful little suburb nestled off the street about 100m from the ocean. The place is surrounded by an amazing old timber deck which will be perfect for morning coffees, afternoon naps, as well as evening cook ups and hanging out. The neighbours are also really nice and the whole street/area in general is really cosy and quiet. That being said it's walking distance to Toowoon Bay and all the nice cafes there, and a short drive/ride/walk to Long Jetty.
House is a older style cottage with a single garage and carport. Big back yard. I do have a cattle x border collie named Penny. Very friendly and well trained. The beach access is about 1 minute walk from the front door. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. Great place to live, especially in summer.

Rent includes bills, unlimited internet access and Netflix is available. Everything is furnished except the room available. The room is large enough for a double/queen bed and desk/cupboard (no internal storage unfortunately). There are two bathrooms, so you will be sharing with me (Ashley: picture included). Massive backyard in front of a creek, and seconds away from the lakes edge. 4 minute drive to the beach. Parking will be available on the street. The unit is small, but cosy. Shared lounge area, kitchen, laundry w/ washing machine (no dryer), garage, standing shower bathroom, and an outside grassed courtyard with a garden bed, clothesline and picnic table. The unit is fully furnished and you would be using all my kitchen/household appliances, etc. The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table, and linen available if required. Room has a double door built-in cupboard with hanging rail, and there’s a small desk and mirror available if needed. Plenty of on street parking. Some space in the garage for storage. Aircon in the living area. BBQ outside. Bus stop out the front. Great central location, close to Bay Village shops, Killarney Vale shops, Long Jetty, and walking distance to a 24/hr Coles Express. Located a block away from a walking pathway on the lake edge, leading to Chittaway and The Entrance. Utilities and NBN internet included in the weekly rent. Food is NOT included, applicant must be able to cater and cook for oneself. Partners and friends are welcome to stay every now and then for a couple of nights at a time, but I’m not looking for an unofficial third housemate. ;)
