We're looking for someone to share a large modern, luxury house in Long Jetty with two small kids. Our property has three bathrooms, an additional outdoor kitchen, lovely outdoor entertaining area and hot outdoor shower. It's fully furnished (note - not the furniture in photos - this was previous owners), however can accommodate an extra TV. So all you need to move in is yourself and your personal items. Room has a double bed and large wardrobe, with your own massive bathroom (used only occasionally for kid's bath) and tv point. House has NBN with wi-fi and has two yards - a front & back yard and security gates to the property. It also has ducted a/con which heats / cools down VERY quickly. Also has gas cooktop and instantaneous gas hot water heating - so we NEVER run out of hot water. 700mtr walk to both Shelly Beach & Tuggerah Lake (where pathway is between The Entrance & Chittaway Point) and 500mtrs to walk to Shelly Beach Golf Club - very handy.
Rent includes unlimited bills, internet access and Netflix is available. Everything is furnished except the spare room. Spare room is large enough for a double/queen bed and desk/cupboard (no internal storage unfortunately). There are two bathrooms, so you will be sharing with me (Ashley: picture included). Massive backyard in front of a creek, and seconds away from the lakes edge. 4 minute drive to the beach. Parking will be available on the street. Features of the house include – large modern kitchen, modern bathroom with separate bathtub, Foxtel HD Platinum and broadband (both included in rent), reverse cycle air conditioning, large and spacious back deck (great for summer!), a second toilet and a small, spare furnished bedroom. The backyard is also quite big which features a lockable storage unit out the back for anything you need to store away. I have 2 doggos - both staffy x who are house trained but can stay outside (more info about them below). They are very friendly and are great guard dogs! The backyard also requires maintenance every 6 weeks or so at a cost of around $25-$35 each (unless you byo a mower in which case we can share mowing duties). I pick up the after the dogs so you don’t need to worry about the backyard being a minefield of dog waste! Out the front of the house there are 2 bus stops to Gosford and The Entrance. There is a Coles just around the corner on the Central Coast Highway and Bateau Bay Square is a 5 minute drive. Shelly Beach and Toowoon Bay is only a 5 minute drive in the car also. I have netflix in my property and unlimited internet. It's just a walk to the lake. 5-10 minutes walk to the killarney vale shops. No smoking inside, don't let the cat out the front, rent is every Wednesday night.

Food is NOT included, applicant must be able to cater and cook for oneself. Partners and friends are welcome to stay every now and then for a couple of nights at a time, but I’m not looking for an unofficial third housemate. ;)

The House is two-storey. The top level is vacant as of this week apparently, and I am in the process of getting internet sorted(used to share with the old tennants) The lower level (exclusive to my part of the house) has a patio with fake grass - super low maintenance - there's an outdoor setting and BBQ for your use at any time as long as you clean it after. Inside is super spacious - all tiled except for the two bedrooms. No air-con or ceiling fans - Gas Heater in living area. The kitchen is open, pretty much got everything you could want - except no dishwasher. The bathroom has a large shower - good pressure. Washing machine around the corner out of sight - works partially as a dryer too. The bedroom available has a mirrored wardrobe that's approx. 1.2m wide x 0.6m deep with rails for hanging clothes. Will be unfurnished for when you move in. The second smaller lounge room pictured - could be converted into a bedroom if you wanted as it is bigger than the carpeted bedroom and on the other side of the living area if you like space between us - gets a bit cold due to tiles though. Not far from the main road - close to shops(5 min drive) and Bateau Bay Pub (5 min walk) The next door neighbours have an outdoor cat that is a little obsessed with the place so she hangs around out the front a lot - very friendly and affectionate. We are NOT allowed pets.
