Beachfront two story unit with our own private access to beautiful blue bay. Amazing landlord who just spent the last three weeks painting the unit, installing a new dishwasher, ceiling fans, air condition unit, and stove. I will furnish the place just looking for someone to fill one of the rooms. I’m leaving the 3rd room empty so that we can have more space. Beautiful view of the beach from our top floor balcony.
Fully self contained and fully furnished 2 year old Studio 4 houses from the beach, bus stop at the end of the street. The unit is small, but cosy. There is a lounge area, kitchen, laundry, garage, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and an outside grassed courtyard with a garden bed and picnic table. The unit is fully furnished and you would be using all my kitchen/household appliances, etc. The bedroom has a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a double door built-in cupboard. I also have a small desk, chair and mirror if needed. Depending on the size of your car, there is off street parking. Plenty of on street parking. Some space in the garage for storage, but not a lot. There is aircon (heat/cool) in the living area. BBQ outside. Bus stop right out the front. Great central location, close to Bay Village shops, Killarney Vale shops, Long Jetty, and walking distance to a 24/hr Coles Express. Located a block away from a walking pathway on the lake edge, leading to Chittaway and The Entrance. Utilities and NBN internet are included in the weekly rent. Partners and friends are welcome to stay every now and then for no more than a couple of nights at a time, but I’m not looking for an unofficial third housemate. ;)

Walking distance to fruit and meat shops, coffee shops, Mingara Recreation Club, Tuggerah lake, gas station, Mcdonalds, Oporto and many more. Bus stop is within 3 minutes walk. Tuggerah train station is only 7 - 10 minutes drive. This house is perfect for students, professionals and full time workers that are interested in living in a quiet area and close to the gorgeous spots of the Central Coast (The Entrance, Terrigal, Avoca, Bateau Bay and Toowoon Bay etc)
