Its the master room on the top level overlooking the river with your own balcony, modern ensuit with toilet and shower and also walk in cupboard space. I am 30 and work monday to friday in sydney, I like to relax on the weekends usually at home. I have a small (quiet) dog who lives in the back yard. I like the house to be kept clean for everyone and to help facilitate this I have a cleaner every fortnight to clean all of the bathrooms and common areas. Everyone just cleans up as they go and then nothing ever gets messy or grose. My courrent housemates are in there 20's and all work full time hours. We are very easy going and respectful and would like the same. On hot weekends we go swimming in the riverand and have bbq dinners sometimes with a big fire in the back yard and a few drinks. Friends of housemates are welcome if they are respectfull. We drink occasionally but there is to be no drugs whatsoever on the property at anytime. There is ample kitchen space and you are welcome too cook aslong as everything is kept clean for the next person. Really great house and very friendly people. The house is on Wyong river and is a short walk to Wyong train station and only 2 stops to Ourimbah University. Bills are roughly $25 a week per person in the house. Rent can be negotiated if willing to take responsibility for some housekeeping yard keeping otherwise you are only responsible for yourself which I find suits most people.
