We are in Thornleigh and have one bedroom available in our 2 storey townhouse. The room is the only one on the bottom level with a huge BIW, it is a medium sized room that fits a queen bed comfortably. Bills (internet, electricity and gas) are split 4 ways and I will provide Foxtel at no cost to you. Normanhurst Station and/ or Thornleigh station are a 10-15 minute walk away and buses leave Pennant Hills Rd every 15 mins to the city, Parramatta and Hornsby. There is safe on street parking available. The rent will be $180 per week, with a bond of 4 weeks rent paid upfront. The main bathroom is shared between the bottom room and the second room as the main has an en-suite.
