Our house is a bit on the older side but has so much space and is in a good area ! Down the road is Southland shopping centre with a gym, pharmacy, fresh food market, 7/11 ect and Woden mall is about a 3 minute drive away. There are 2 living rooms, a deck and a large backyard as well as a storage shed outside. The bedroom is the smallest of the 3 and has a bit of wear and tear (attached in the photos) from previous tenants, the lease is until early February so we were preferably looking for someone who is ok with short term stay or someone who would like to come to our next house with us, please message if you have any other questions :)
Hello! Hello, we are looking for like-minded housemates for minimum of 5-6 months . Nature and culture are our main areas of interest. We like cinema, gigs, galleries, reading, radio, walking. Being vibrant, social and open, we value some quiet time on our own as well. A bit of effervescence is welcome but big messy parties are not our cup of tea. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4-6 people can live there comfortably. The house is nice and sunny inside. It has great character, with many stain glass windows, a lot of artwork around the place and a wide open kitchen dining area with a wonderful open pantry to share. There is a large communal table and a big living area warmed by an electric fireplace- this place is very cozy. There is amazing view over the beautiful garden with a veggie patch, looking over Mount Taylor Nature Reserve. It is a beautiful neighborhood; it’s only a 5 minute walk to the Nature Reserve. Kambah Village shops are a 15 minute walk or IGA and Biginelli, a good Italian Café is a 5 minute walk and a 15 minute drive to the city/ANU or 30min by bus. Rent is $140 per week for a smaller bedroom. There are 2 spare bedrooms right now. Bond (4 week's rent) and 2 weeks rent in advance will need to be paid.
