Its very close to the city and in a 15 minute Go Zone for about 6 different buses and the bus stop is 2 minutes walk away. There's on street parking only and its very cycle friendly with the Linear Trail at the end of the street. Bond is $630 + 2 weeks rent in advance. Rent is $125 p/week including unlimited internet and UHD Netflix. Utilities are split evenly. The room is unfurnished and the house is mostly furnished, so there will still be room to add your own stuff about the place. Pillows and quilt can be provided. BATHROOM The upper floor, where the bedroom for rent is, has a separate toilet and bathroom (as shown in a picture). All bathrooms are professionally cleaned. YOU WILL ONLY BE SHARING THE BATHROOM WITH ONE HOUSEMATE THAT LIVES ON THE UPPER FLOOR. The other housemates use a bathroom on the ground floor.
Close the the brickworks and public transport, 10 min into the city and 15 to be beach. I’m doing improvements to the house, should have the outdoor area done for the summer and the wood heater is keeping the house warm through the winter. There will be new carpets going into the bedrooms soon.

You can easily take the bus to the city centre which takes about 15 minutes, and you have multiple supermarkets within walking distance. The room is fully furnished and once a week a cleaner comes by to make sure that we don’t make a mess of the common areas. Also, if something is broken, you can fill in a request form on the Student Rooms website and they’ll have it fixed in no time. It’s a super nice place to live!
