There is plenty of freezer and fridge space, a gas oven, lots of storage space with cups, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc. The premises is surrounded by 2 metre fences and the location is within walking distance of the CBD. There is a bus route to the city within 200 metres and the new Brickworks shopping centre is within 250 metres. Other shopping centres with Asian and Indian supermarkets are within one kilometre. The Linear Park bikeway is within 150 metres that provides an off road pathway to the city and the sea. It takes around 11 minutes to ride into the city. There are 2 rooms available - both for 6 months The furnished room is $160 per week (Yellow Room with glow in the dark Stars on roof) and the other is $150 per week (Blue room, cool but no stars). Bond is 4 weeks rent. The west is certainly the best! The house is a 1913 maisonette, it has a little backyard, a patio, fruit trees and a growing veggie patch (okay its mainly dirt but it has potential). I live 1 min from the bus that takes you straight onto north tce. Henley beach road is a quick walk away and the beach is also close. The rooms are lovely 3m x 3m with a tall celling a north facing window.

The house includes large wooden floored bedrooms, a spare bedroom and a large open planned kitchen/lounge/dinning area. Our favourite part about the house is the location, 10 mins walk to Henley beach road and 5 min walk to the brickworks. There is a bus stop located across the road with easy access to the city. We also have a large backyard that is equipped with veggie patches, worm farm, compost and a large shed.
