Located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood between Sir Donald Bradman Drive and Henley Beach Road, Attrill House is no more than a minute away from the buses, Woolworths and other shops (such as a post office, pharmacy, and several restaurants and cafes). In the surrounding area is more of the same, all in walking distance. The house itself is large with with a massive garden that's perfect for entertaining (we have a firepit, barbecue, and a lot of space) and gardening (vegetable patches and a shadehouse with plenty of room to add). We compost and recycle and consider ourselves pretty green. We have a single bathroom with toilet, bath and shower, a laundry with washing machine, and a large open kitchen/living space with a split system air-conditioner and gas cooker. Our loungeroom is fully furnished with an entertainment suite (flatscreen TV, gaming consoles, Chromecast etc.), however we are willing to convert it to a bedroom if a couple of friends happen to be interested in the house as we are used to having four roommates total. Currently we have the largest bedroom available to a single tenant or a couple. Available rooms would be unfurnished, but with two roommates moving out there'll be plenty of space to add your own touches to the common areas.
