I have a small herb garden out the back that you are welcome to use at anytime! There's a St Peter's Bakehouse literally at the end of our driveway, and a bus stop directly across the road that goes straight to the city or Henley Beach. Lots of natural light gets into the house and the loungeroom/kitchen has an aircon for summer and heater for winter.
Excellent location close to the city and Henley beach. With the bike track to the beach only minutes from the house. Very close to arguably the best pub in Adelaide ...the wheatsheaf hotel. Very large garden with room for a veggie patch for the keen gardener.
The additional bond is $750 but rent only sits at $132 a week! It's about a 5/10 minute trip to the beach, city, and airport! Plenty of different cuisines and food options just a walk away, and is close to several main roads though quiet and peaceful! We've got an absolutely massive backyard with a lemon tree, a sunroom, an additional study, a cute baby pink bath and a great porch! There is also has wall mounts along all the walls which means unlimited options for hanging things up! Internet is unlimited, and only comes to $20 each, it's a very energy efficient home so the bills are never too drastic, also comes with gas heating so we never run out of hot water! It's likely I will eventually have my pet dog come up to live with us so you've got to love ur puppies which i doubt would be an issue for anyone hehe.
The house is right across the street from brickworks markets, so any general stuff is easily accessible. The city is just a 5min drive or short free tram ride away. Air conditioning works well and many appliances are already in the house.

Our house is a 1913 maisonette, it has a little backyard, a patio, fruit trees and a growing veggie patch (okay its mainly dirt but it has potential). We live 1 min from the bus that takes you straight onto north tce. Henley beach road is a quick walk away and the beach is also close. Your room is a lovelys 3m x 3m with a tall celling a west facing window, and all furniture included, including a comfy bed, 2 clothes storing spaces a desk and a fan. However, the best thing is us lovely humans and dog and the insane amount of house plants, fairy lights and wine and gin.

Great location. Bright and spacious. Room $175 week The best thing about this house is the location. Close to town, free tram, bus stop 600 m, Foodland and Wheatie 800 m. Your room is quite large with polished wooden floors. The house has a large kitchen (with gas!), good sized yard, veggie patch and shed. Bills each quarter are about $270 for electricity, $150 for gas and $50-100 for water depending on the season. Ordinarily we split bills equally.

Beautiful house 10 minutes from the city! Located just off South Road near the Thebarton Theatre. Rent is $275 a fortnight and the bond is 6 weeks rent so $825 (sorry it won't let me put 6 week bond) which you will get back once the lease ends. Only a 5 minute drive or 10 minutes with public transport into the city. Super close to the entertainment centre too for the free tram! The bedroom is roughly 4x4 and is unfurnished with floorboards. There is a modern kitchen and bathroom and a large entertainment area which also has air conditioning. There is enough space to comfortably fit 3 cars in the driveway, but there is plenty of street parking available. All bills are split 4 ways. Electricity and water bills have been very reasonable. The Brickworks, Foodland and Woolworths are all close by, plus lots of restaurants and cafes. Henley Beach is only a short 10 minute drive. This townhouse is super close to Adelaide CBD. A leisurely 25 min stroll will get you there. It is close to buses and the Mile End train station as well. You will actually get two rooms for $185 per week. Neither bedroom is furnished so you can have a study, office, studio, TV room, yoga room, etc as well as a place to sleep. Bond is actually 6 weeks but Flatmates.com won't give me that option! There is some off street parking available at the rear of the property. While there is only one bathroom, there are two toilets, one on each floor, so that avoids most sharing issues. Unlimited Internet, electricity and water are the bills and are not included in the rent. Internet is $30 per month, and I try to keep electricity and easter usage to a minimum to reduce costs.

Hi there, we are 2 young professional lads currently seeking a new housemate to share our 3 bedroom house in Brooklyn Park. The house is located just 10 mins from the city, 10 mins from the beach, 5 mins to the airport and only a short 2 minute walk to shops and public transport on Henley Beach Rd. The room is a decent size and comes with built-in robes. The house has 2 separate living/lounge room areas, laundry & washing machine and a decent backyard perfect for entertaining friends or hosting BBQ's in the summer. Ideally we'd like someone in their early to late 20's who is down to earth, fun, friendly but also appreciates a relaxed home environment, at least during the week ;) Someone with stable full time employment, clean, easy to get along with and has similar interests would be great. I work in IT for local government but also DJ in the city on weekends. Jimi is a shift worker and often works nights so ideally we'd like someone who can appreciate a quiet home environment, at least during the week anyways! We both love our music but also enjoy having dinner/drinks with mates, watching TV/movies, PS4/Xbox and keeping fit with gym. 6 months - 12 months would be ideal, not overly interested in having anyone stay short term, sorry. I have a small dog who is very friendly and house trained, so you must like dogs. We're not able to accommodate any other pets tho sorry. We also have Netflix and ADSL 2+ internet with unlimited data. Bills are not included in the price however we could work something out if that was preferable to you.
