You will be sharing the house with a male and a female and the delightful Frankiee-a 2year old chowchow female dog whom is housetrained and very sociable. It is exceptionally important that you are a ‘dog person’, as Frankiee is a very important part of the household and needs to be loved rather than simply ‘tolerated’. If you do not like dogs then this is not the house for you. About the House: Modern and clean three bedroom house, two bathrooms, two living room areas , large open plan and fully equipped kitchen with heaps of storage (you will have your own pantry), small rear grassed yard, heating and cooling throughout, fully equipped laundry, tiled throughout-except for the bedrooms, downlights throughout, lockable garage for storage, on street parking available. Public transport - a bus stop to the CBD just outside the house, a free tram to the CBD and back just down the road - and when the weather is good going by foot or on a bike is even better! Parking in the two-car garage is available, as only one of us needs off-street parking currently. If all three of us need garage space in the future its up for discussion between housemates. Parking is also easily available on streets nearby. The room itself is listed as unfurnished - but the previous housemate moving out has some furniture which will be left behind.
