Great location, walking distance to town very close to lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. City lane and Woolworths only a block away. Spacious 3 bed apartment with a large balcony, fully furnished apart from your room. Building has two pools, a spa, a gym, lots of parking and storage. Both other housemates are away a lot so good balance of alone time and social time, don't mind a drink or a meal together when we are both home. House is always pretty tidy but not super anal about it just pick up after yourself, preferably looking for someone who has shared accommodation before and we expect someone who is respectful of their housemates. Sharing the bathroom with one other female, pretty clean, expect to take it in turns cleaning the bathroom every other week so there is never much of a job.
