It is pretty convenient to catch a bus (H20, B10) to go to city and takes less than 30 mins. The rental price is very reasonable. The pictures of the house show it in a just moved in kinda state. This share house will suite the discerning and considerate yet social and interesting housemates who want to contribute to a functional and friendly share house. Basically the second room is a big room that might suit someone wanting more privacy. It has its own A/C , sink and even a wood heater (BYO wood). There's no dedicated bathroom for that space so you still have to come inside BUT there is a second toilet next to the laundry. The house is very large with different spaces which can accommodate social activities as well as quiet times. There are outdoor spaces, fruit trees and even a chicken run. I'm hoping to negotiate with the landlord to get 1 or 2 chickens so that we can have fresh eggs. The plan that I've uploaded should give an idea of the layout of the house. The kitchen is substantial in size with reasonably modern appliances and will have a large table and chairs for dining. The lounge will have comfortable furnishings and be a good space to retreat. The bathroom is large and functional and freshly painted throughout.
