Three bedroom house in Rosslyn Park. There are two rooms available to rent that will share a separate bathroom and toilet. Bathroom has a shower and a bath, although I'm not sure that the bath will fit a full size human, could be OK for a short person or someone that likes to be cramped when bathing. Toilet is just a toilet but I'm sure it's perfect for having an epiphany. Both rooms are large enough for a king sized bed plus furniture and each has a built in robe big enough for a full sized person to sleep in, if you like to sleep standing up. House has a large kitchen with a gas hob. There is also an empty lounge that I don't use and it's ripe for decoration! I've got Foxtel installed and won't be asking anyone to help pay for that, but if you'd like to use the Wi-Fi you'll have to front up some cash! The place has a large-ish back yard with grass. Unfortunately it's probably not big enough for a game of Back Yard Cricket but it's more than ample for a picnic if you don't like to stray too far from the house. I've got a BBQ that will be perfect for that outdoors cooking experience if summer ever arrives in Adelaide. Unfortunately there is no pool, however there is reverse cycle air con in all bedrooms and I've got a freezer if things get really desperate. The driveway has a drive-through garage, space for one car in the back and one in the front with no-limit on street parking. Flatmates will be welcome to use off-street parking although it's a single lane drive way so the parking order will need to be a precisely coordinated effort. House is close to Penfold's Winery (in vino veritas), Wattle Park Shopping Centre (with and IGA AND award winning pies), Norwood Parade (this place is pretty popular I've heard), Kensington Gardens (plenty of grass here for Cricket) and also located right next to a shelter where buses stop and take you places. I love living here and can't believe I've been so lucky! It's a large upstairs flat with really nice friendly neighbours on the edge of Campbelltown and Payneham. It's in a really great location- 25 min bus ride/ 10-15 min drive into the city, 5 min drive to UniSA Magil campus, 5 min walk to the pub or Foodland, large walking trail & creek around the corner. There's also a gym and doctors surgery 30 seconds away and I'm across the road from a big new function centre with a pool and everything! And despite all of that we're surrounded by big trees and parks if you like nature. You can watch the sunset which is my favourite thing. Air-conditioning and heating work really well. Washing machine included. I've got lots of kitchen appliances including a new coffee machine and oven! Never had any problems with the flat and love it here so much :)

There is a room up for grabs in our big amazing old house! The place is early 1900's and has an amazing energy to it. This is likely influenced by the many artists, musicians and creative types that have stayed here over the years, each adding their own personal touch to the place. Now being so decrepidly ancient and beautiful, this old beast isn't for someone who finds comfort in clean white modern surfaces and all the mod cons of a later built compound. This is more suited to the slightly more eccentric types out there who can appreciate good old fashioned character. There's also something about this house that draws out inner passions, the desire to pursue passions in life (whatever that may be) and especially some sort of less is more, appreciative underlying humility that you can't quite put your finger on. In terms of facilities, we have pretty much everything you could need, thanks to excessive op shopping and hard rubbish discoveries. We are also a house of dumpster divers (no snorkel required, unless you're really enthusiastic) in which all our food is saved from landfill and re-directed into our gullets. Don't be put off by this, as we eat like absolute royalty here....everyday.....for free.....Of course if you're put off by this you can purchase your own food, we won't judge! We do like to make this a house event and is a good social activity. The room up for grabs is the beautiful large front room, which has been recently painted and includes a queen sized bed, study bench and clothes hanging rack. I also want to mention that i have been largely accepting couples into this space as it reduces rent and bills (split three ways). I am however still open to any offers of solo male or female occupants. Rent here is $300pw, which is divided evenly, and includes internet.
