Other than the views, the best thing about this 15th floor flat has got to be the location. Just 15mins from the city by the 59 tram or Upfield line just downstairs or a short walk away you can get the 57 tram or Craigeburn line. We're also close to a citylink exit. Lots of options! Parkville is just 5-10min walk with lots of parks and walking/cycling paths as well as the Melbourne Zoo. In the other direction is Flemington which has lots of cafes, a KFL asian supermarket and the nearest Woolies/BWS. The building has a 'sky garden' (or balcony) on level 8 that has a BBQ, lots of seats and a view of the city. There is also a sauna and small gym downstairs that you can use for free. Yours will be the smaller bedroom but you will also get use of the secure parking space and built in desk. The room has built in robes and is big enough to fit a double bed and drawers or bedside table. I will tend to let you have priority over living room as I have more space in my room. As for the rest of the flat, the kitchen has a gas oven/stove and alot of bench space and kitchen cuoboards for a flat this size. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the usual stuff, fridge, microwave, utensils etc as well as some other small appliances such as blender, sandwich press and rice cooker. Lastly we have ducted heating/cooling, full bath and washing machine (No dryer sorry, previous flatmate has taken the one pictured with them). So much better than the coin laundry! Oh! And there is also my electric piano and overflowing bookshelf in the living room which you can use whenever you like.

The house has solar panels, so the electricity bill is reduced. The room is large at 3.6x3m, two large built in robes with storage space on top, lots of natural light from the window which has curtains and an external shade for summer. It is towards the front of the house and is separated from the living areas, there is a large bathroom that you'll share with one other housemate.
