Public transport: house is half-way between Gordon and Pymble train station, about 15 minute walk to either (stations are on Sydney's North Shore train line, 30 Min's to city or beach, 10mins to Chatswood and about 15 to Hornsby ). Macquarie Park and University and North Ryde area are also within easy distance. All rooms are fully furnished with either a three quarter, a double bed or a Queen bed depending on which room and all have a wardrobe, desk, chair etc but you would need to supply your own linen and blankets. Cheap corner room in a quiet house. Plenty of natural light. Room comes furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. Unlimited wifi available cheaply. Gas/Electricity bills are split evenly when they come. One of the reasons the rent is so cheap is due to the location of the room. It's off the main living area with the dining table fairly close to its door. There is a door to the garage also in the room, which leads to the garage. We dont entertain very often and when we do its usually on a Saturday afternoon/night. We are all full time working nurses with sometimes clashing schedules so we do value a quiet home environment and respect that someone else maybe home sleeping when you arrive. Its usually quiet after 9/10pm regardless, unless we're all home and awake then there's mostly likely some music playing!
