But all of that is downstairs, leaving the upstairs rooms available for sub-lease. We typically look for long-term single, professional people; who enjoy good company, and who are stable. We offer furnished generous rooms with all utilities including wifi to cable broadband internet, shared bathroom & separate upstairs, access to the main kitchen downstairs and to a family room downstairs. That room has a flat screen TV with great sound system, DVD player and most likely a Fetch TV [soon to be installed] with standard Fetch subscription and access to pay-per-view movies [your cost, of course]. $350 per week. Reference and photo ID required as is, bond $720, rent to be paid in advance with a minimum of 2 weeks notice on departure.
