Very bright airy renovated older home. ..polished boards...nice outlook...lovely garden. The bedroom has lovely mountain outlook and lots if light. only 5mins drive to Woy Woy station....2 -5 mins drive to various shopping districts...foreshore walking tracks...beaches...Ettalong ferry...15mins to freeway. also short walk to busses. Prefer social drinker if at all...non smokers please. hopefully people who are active health consious and positive 😌 The home is a family home....my children occupy largest room....where they keep their toys etc! They are used to sharing. both at school and stay away too. We are very busy and social..hardly ever watch tv and have nights away on regular basis. No...I dont need you to baby sit...just pay rent on time please 😄 The rent is also inclusive of basic food items....milk bread cereal fruit n veg also pantry items like condiments herbs spices etc.
Hi everyone! I have a 3 bedroom villa (slightly larger than most) on Flathead Rd, Ettalong beach. 50mtrs from the nearest bus stop and roughly 600mtrs from the markets, shops, waterfront & ferry. It is a well maintained, relatively new building which was built in 2002. There is reverse cycle ducted aircon throughout all rooms, 1 large bathroom & 1 ensuite, outside bbq & entertaining area, mirrored built in robes in all rooms, full kitchen facilities, plenty of storage space, washer & dryer. Unlimited hi-speed wifi & water is included in the rent. Electricity will be split evenly. There are tv sockets in every room. I will be storing my stuff in the main room, but as I work in Sydney 5-6 days. I'm rarely there, as I stay in Sydney during the week. Rooms are keyed for peace of mind. however, everyone that will be living here will be friendly and very respectful to each other. One of my life mottos is "treat thy how thou would like to be treated" & no, I'm not religious. Far from it ;-) The rooms can either be furnished with a double bed, side tables & lamp or left empty. Depending on your needs.

We live in a different part of the house.It's great living here because it's private and quiet. A no through rd. that ends at the waterfront. Which is 150 meters away. It's shady and cool in summer because there's some big trees on the property. Sunny in winter because some trees loose their leaves. This suburb is a real community. It's laid back. Kids still play in the street here. It's very safe. Like leave your keys in the car on the street and that's ok safe. The shops are 5 min walk along waterfront. There's a park , pool , warf , ferry to woy woy. Bus. Close to erina fair or beach if you want.
