If you are looking to live minutes from the beach then my house is the place to rent. I have a beautiful beach house literally minutes from the beach and shops. Both rooms have built in wardrobes. It is shared bathroom but there is 2 toilets inside the house and another toilet on the back patio in the laundry along with another shower. I can also offer you a lock up garage if needed. It has a very big spacious backyard.
