This is the best house I have lived in so far! It's really homey. Both the dining and living room are connected to the kitchen. This simultaneously makes the house feel spacious and full. The common areas are also far enough from the rooms that you can have privacy whilst the house is full. It is a 15-minute drive from the CBD or Henley Beach. On the other hand, you can bike and it will only take you about 25 minutes either way. There is also a bus stop just at the end of the street (1-minute walk). Now, the great things that often hinder my productivity: - We have a lovely built in BBQ in the backyard - We have an outdoor Spa! The price of the rooms includes the internet.

It is a light and airy clean space. I am a bit of a minimalist so dont have much stuff (hate clutter) close to the city and near Henley Beach (about an 8 minute drive). You can also walk to the airport in approx 14 mins (am a frequent Bali visitor). Neighbours in this block of 6 are mostly owner occupiers and we are all respectful and easy going. I have a split system in the living, Netflix (for now, its my mates log-in), internet, modern feel and look and me of course :) In addition, I have a bbq on my balcony for use, the room is furnished (manchester is display only) so need your own sheets, pillowcases etc. There is a TV also in the bedroom. Hello! I currently have two rooms available in my house in Mile End. There is a lounge room and also a front rumpus room which I’m going to turn into another lounge room or a fancy sitting room ha ha. I’ve also got a smallbacl yard. I live just off Henley beach road which has a drakes super marker, chemist warehouse, CIBO, burger foundry, KFC and a couple of cafes. The brickworks market place is a 6 minute drive away which has a big W and Woolies. There is a bus that goes straight to the city which takes about 5 minutes. Henley beach is a 12 minute drive away. Glenelg is a 20 minute drive and west lakes is a 19 minute one. The first room is 4.00 x 3.05 and is a medium size but can fit a queen bed, wardrobe, mirror ect. The second room is 3.65 x 3.05 which is a bit smaller but can fit a double bed, draws and a small wardrobe.
