I’m leaving my room in two weeks, the house is very big and currently four people are living in it. Two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and big garden. The contract is with student rooms therefore it will last until January but it’s possible to extend it. The price is $176 per week including unlimited wifi, while the electricity bills are based on usage. It also includes a cleaner coming over every two weeks to clean the common areas and a gardener. Our two storey town house is located only about 50 metres from the Bus stop 4 on Henley Beach Road, Mile End (go zone). So there's a direct connection to the CBD/Uni and the beach ;) In summer, the cycling path is also a good option. The room is comfortably big, furnished with a double bed, and offers a lot of room for storage with two wardrobes, two nightstands and a large shelf including many drawers. Highlights are the double bed and the balcony. The room also has a seperate access to the shared bathroom. It's air-conditioned and very light due to the big double door window. An electric heater is provided, too. Additionally, the bedding, paintings and a bike can be taken over. A shopping centre, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance of our house. The house is nicely done up, fully equipped (from camping chair to blender, we literally have everything) and even includes a small garden - great option for BBQs. Public transport is running often and direct to CBD and Universities in the city(unisa, Adelaide Uni). There are many shopsand restaurants within walking distance and woolies are just in 5/10mins walking distance. Second bedroom is furnished with a single bed, bedside table, lamp, desk and chair. All linens, cushions are brand new and washed. Goose down Quilts are dry cleaned. This place is a unit technically but only group of three units, seperated with neighbors and has small front/back yard. and there is 4 burner BBQ. I have most of appliance in the kitchen and equiped.
