The west is certainly the best! Our house is a 1913 maisonette, it has a little backyard, a patio, fruit trees and a growing vegie patch. We live 1 min from the bus that takes you straight onto north tce. Henley beach road is a quick walk away and the beach is also close. Your room is a lovely Yellow that is 3m x 3m with a tall celling (with glow in the dark stars on the roof) the wordrobe isnt includes however there is some furniture ie bed and chest of drawers which i will take a photo of when current housemate cleans her room. However, the best thing is us lovely humans and dog and the insane amount of house plants, fairy lights.
This is the best house I have lived in so far! It's really homey. Both the dining and living room are connected to the kitchen. This simultaneously makes the house feel spacious and full. The common areas are also far enough from the rooms that you can have privacy whilst the house is full. It is a 15-minute drive from the CBD or Henley Beach. On the other hand, you can bike and it will only take you about 25 minutes either way. There is also a bus stop just at the end of the street (1-minute walk). Now, the great things that often hinder my productivity: - We have a lovely built in BBQ in the backyard - We have an outdoor Spa! The price of the rooms includes the internet.
