The room that is advertised is much better than my own. Actually has aircon and a lot of room to move! There is a big backyard which gives doggy a lot of room to run around. Definitely need to be weeded though, but no big problem. Quite a big house, with a tall ceiling. I barely use the lounge room, so feel free to make it somewhat your own!
