Hello! The property is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and is in a block of units. It is a fairly quiet set of units, set back off the road with a common garden area. It is in an awesome location, 10-15 minutes from the city and there is a bus stop 2 minutes from the unit :) The unit is nice and modern, and fully furnished except for the available bedroom. However I am happy to negotiate if there are certain furnishings you’d like to bring for the common areas I haven’t put up pictures of the room because my sister is in the middle of moving out so it’s a bit of a work in progress. But don’t freak out, it’s a nice medium sized room with no nasty surprises and I’ll upload some pictures soon :) Internet is available, I’m happy to split it down the middle which would cost us each $35. I have found other bills to be reasonably cheap as the property has a gas hot water system and heater. All the bills would be split down the middle too, obviously :) There is one park off street, I’m not too fussed on who parks there - right now my sister and I just have a “whoever is there first” system.
The room available is carpeted, has beautiful curtains, an overhead fan (amazing in summer) and is very close to the bathroom. The room is unfurnished so you will be able to organise the room as you like. The unit is very close to the Klemzig interchange which is a 5 minute drive from the house which takes you straight into the city in 13 minutes or there is a bus which is a 5 minute walk which also takes you straight to the city. The flat is massive and has a huge backyard which will be great in summer for barbecues.
This is a 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with everything that you need just a 2 minute walk around the corner (woolworths, great cafes, gym, buses that bring you into the city in 5 minutes). The bus stops around the corner will take you directly to UniSA, Adelaide Uni and Flinders Uni. The house is huge with 3 bedrooms at the front of the house and two other bedrooms at the back. Each end of the house has its own bathroom so you will be sharing with one other person. There are three lounge rooms, good sized kitchen and a lovely backyard full of fruit trees and an outdoor setting and chiminea which is great for having people over. There is also ducted heating and cooling throughout the house. The master bedroom listed comes with reverse cycle heating and cooling and ample natural light (we also have some bedroom furniture up for grabs). It's one of the largest rooms we've seen in Adelaide, which is great for a couple or someone who wants more of a private lounge/study area. The room is very well-lit but also comes with heavy curtains for a good night's sleep. Private room in a unit in Marden. The unit is a comfortable size, bedroom fits a double bed and has built in robes. Private yard, no shared walls with other units, and no noisy neighbours. Everything is fully furnished except for the room. Linear park track, Marden Shopping Centre and Klemzig Interchange are all within walking distance. I also have a treadmill, xbox, and netflix to share. Internet is included in rent, all other bills split upon arrival. Strata rules include no loud entertainment or pets so I am looking for someone who is reasonably quiet, doesn't come with any pets, and understands they cannot host social events or parties here. I would also prefer someone who works full time, however am open to a student if we are a good match. No smokers. We're looking for someone to move into our house in Broadview. The location is very convenient for professionals and students alike. The nearest bus stop is approx. 100m from the house and it's roughly a 10min drive into the city. It's not far from Linear Park either if you'd rather ride your bike in to town. There are multiple shopping centres within a 5 minute drive from the house as well (Sefton Plaza, North Park and Walkerville). Broadview is a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with several parks nearby. The house has 3 bedrooms with BIR, 1 (newly renovated) bathroom plus an outside toilet. All of the rooms are of good size with high ceilings. We are on a big block so there are grassed areas, both front and back. It also has off street, undercover parking for 2-3 cars. The house is furnished, however the current available room is unfurnished. We have reverse cycle ducted heating/cooling. With wooden floorboards, art deco features and a working fireplace in the loungeroom and a front and back garden. It's very close to public transport, Prospect Road, restaurants and only a 10minute drive or 20 min bike ride to the city. Plenty of shopping centres nearby and lovely parks and an oval for running if you like that sort of thing. It’s a really well situated house, just next to a bus stop which takes about 10-20 minutes to get into the city (depending on peak hour.) Driving takes about 5 minutes. Or you can cycle which takes about 15 minutes. There's various restaurants within walking distance as well as a Coles or you can drive to woolies which is just around the corner. The room has a whole heap of wardrobe space (an entire wall's worth) as well as an ensuite which you'll share with one other housemate. The rent for the room is $105 a week and we share bills (which roughly equate to 20-25 dollars a week)
