You would get two rooms. One is a main room with an in-built closet and the second is a cute light filled room which has been used as a tv room and a storage room, up to you. You can be two friends, or a couple, or yourself doesn't matter! We want someone/s who are clean and reliable. Rent is $445 per month per person. (unless you are by yourself then it would be $890. Bills aren't included but they are always super low and no stress to us at all. There are two other rooms in the house. One with a chill tradie and the other with a chill bike salesman.
