TL:DR:DU The property is a 1/10 and there is nothing to it besides electricity and water. Think derelict and a touch of disgust but with a saviour and light at the end of the tunnel. I am in the process of moving in to fix the place up and to make it my home away from home. I've cleaned up the rubbish left on the front and back lawn that has been left by the previous tenants. Kitchen has had a first vacuum and I've pine o cleaned all the kitchen surfaces. Now it needs a steam blasting and good wipe down. Then repeat to all the rooms. Lawns are next on the agenda. The place is still a working progress and no promises to a time frame but definitely be at least a 5/10 inside once I start living there. Open up some dialogue, have a look at the place or ask for more photos, have a chat with me and if all is good and sweet, move in with a standard lease agreement or such. Added furnishing would probably a bed or a mattress. There are other rooms with built-in but I haven't thought about that yet. Ask about those if you like. Zero obligations and whatevers.
