My home is an 1890s cottage on a large block of land tucked away from main roads in Walkerville. Excellent coffee shops, supermarkets and services are a 5 minute walk away. Linear park is also easily accessible and from there, only a 10 minute bike ride into the city. There are bus stops very close by. There is a choice of rooms and both are well sized. I have put 3 month maximum as that is when my daughter returns from overseas but it is possible that if we are all happy that this will be an ongoing rental.

This is a 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with everything that you need just a 2 minute walk around the corner (woolworths, great cafes, gym, buses that bring you into the city in 5 minutes). The bus stops around the corner will take you directly to UniSA, Adelaide Uni and Flinders Uni. The house is huge with 3 bedrooms at the front of the house (where bedroom 2 is) and two other bedrooms at the back (where bedroom 1 is). Each end of the house has its own bathroom so you will be sharing with one other person.
