The room is spacious and includes a built in robe and a ceiling fan. The house also includes reverse cycle air-conditioning. The room is unfurnished, however the rest of the house is fully furnished. Rent is $150 a week per person, but does not include bills (gas, water, electricity and internet). They will be split evenly between the three of us. We are efficient users of amenities and will appreciate like-minded people. We are looking for someone to takeover the lease very soon.
