The House: A fully furnished house that includes dishwasher, large backyard, dining room, living room and has everything you could want! Only about a 12 min to drive to the city and about 20 min on the bus to Town Hall station. The bus stops less than a min walk from the front door. The Room: Located at the back of the house you hardly hear street noise and are separated from the other two flatmates whose rooms are at the front of the house. It comes fully furnished with sheets and all! The room currently holds a queen sized bed, dresser, night table, table light, clothing rack, hamper bin, good sized window, body length mirror and hooks to hang things up on the wall. About You: You are a clean and respectful person who won’t be throwing any parties and can treat the home and everything in it as your own. You are looking to stay minimum 4 weeks but ideally are looking to stay the full 3 months. Payment: Rent for the room is $230 a week and is due on the 21st of every month.
