It is a 5-10 minute stroll to IGA, Coles, bus stops, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, Vintage Cellars, yoga studios and gym. It takes about 35 minutes to get to the city by bus. You would be sharing with me (Noemi) and Paul - both relaxed and friendly. We are renting out the downstairs room - which is quite separate to the rest of the house. It has a bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. Great balcony upstairs for BBQ or just a relax. The house is very big, arranged on three levels, was recently built and is very modern: three large bathrooms, 3 terraces and comfortable, cozy backyard(s). The current tenants are myself, Jacob, 30yo, Sales & Project manager, and Peta, 28yo, Management Executive (we are not in a relationship :-P ). Although we are very friendly (straight) and easygoing, we take pride of being very respectful, especially of privacy, tidy and clean: our house is an oasis of peace and we want to keep it like that. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a lot of natural light coming in to the property. It has a large living and dining area with a large couch and a 6 seater table. It is a safe complex with a security door entrance for the small block of units. There is plenty of parking, and express buses to the city right outside the door. The area is great to live in, quiet with cafes and shops within walking distance. Looking for someone either male or female between the ages of 20-28.
Hello! I've got a 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom shared with me, massive kitchen and living room in Abbotsford. It's a quiet little place but still close enough to the city. There's public transport and off street parking. My soon to be ex-husband will move out as soon as I can find a roomie (or someone to move out with, the whole apartment is also up for rent, contact for details) The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is good to go. We won't have internet but can get it together. Energy is not included but normally around $200 each every 3 months. You'll have to take over half the lease which has 6 months left and pay 4 weeks rent for the bond. I'm pretty relaxed at home but would appreciate someone who is tidy and willing to pitch in to maintain the communal areas. To me, home is somewhere safe and easy to come back to after a big day at work. Also, it's really important to that you're happy to share the occasional meal and hang out from time to time. I respect each other's personal space and privacy, but do not want an enigma of a housemate who is holed up in their room all the time. While your friends are welcome visitors, we aren't cool with any live in guests for more than a few days at a time.
