This house is just on the other side of the South Terrace parklands, which means it's a: —5-minute drive to the city ($8-10 uber/taxi) —2-minute walk to bus stop, serviced by 3 routes (g10, w90, w91) —10-minute walk to tram/train services Wayville is the best neighbourhood in Adelaide (prove me wrong), with a brand new Drake's supermarket (and chemist) that's a 2-minute walk down the street. If you're into being a little more wholesome like me, the Wayville Farmer's Market is on every Sunday across the street at the showgrounds (Gilles at the Grounds and BowerBird Bazaar also on regularly). There isn't much in the way of restaurants/eateries in walking distance, but being this close to the city means almost every restaurant is in reach of your fingertips on uber eats. I love to cook so have close to every cooking utensil and appliance known to man, including 3 BBQs. The house has courtyard-style front and back yards, with a garden just waiting to be planted if that's your thing, with plenty of space to socialise, or just read a book in the hammock. The shared lounge and dining room is huge, with enough space for two people to do seperate activies without getting in eachothers' hair. There is an upstairs room which I hope to use as a second communal area/reading room/lounge area/spare bedroom, but I am totally open to finding a tenant for it if you'd prefer to share the house with another/split rent 3 ways Each of the largest rooms has built-in wardrobes. Great hot water pressure from the shower in the shared bathroom. There's a downstairs toilet, as well as plenty of kitchen and laundry storage space. I don't own a car so the off-street parking is all yours! I run a media server so along with Netflix I have a nauseatingly long list of films and tv series to watch. There's a PS4 and nintendo switch for solo or social gaming, as well as my collection of boardgames. The evaporative air conditioner costs nothing to run, is ducted throughout and keeps the house very cool. There's a new fridge, new washing machine and a dishwasher.
