The house sits on 6 acres with beautiful old gum trees everywhere. We have a dog, cats, chooks and sheep as pets and they are all free-range. They are not intended for food, but are more companion animals. Any additional pets must be friendly (or at least non threatening) towards the other animals. Smoking is allowed in a designated smokers shed, situated away from the house. It is comfy and rainproof. Any smoking elsewhere on the property, especially inside or around the house, is strictly prohibited. Also, just to be clear; smoking meth is not allowed, even in the smoking shed 🙄

We're 15 minutes to Murdoch Station from Kwinana Station. 30 minutes to the city by train or car. 30 minute drive to Freo. 10 minute drive to Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre, and about the same to the Rockingham Shopping Centre in the other direction. There is transport at the end of our small street. The house is secure, private, spacious and quiet. There are 3 good sized living areas PLUS a dining room off the kitchen. It's split level. Plenty of off-road parking. We have a big block with trees, flowers and native birds. Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Big W and Dan Murphy are at the Kwinana Shopping Centre just down the road, as well as lots of little shops. IGA is close (open early to late). There's also a big, new public library right next to a big, new Dome Café in Kwinana, with lots of trees outside. There are a couple of gyms and a public swimming pool. We have air conditioning. The room has a queen size bed, a beside table, a computer desk, plus a hutch with two cupboards, two drawers and space for books/photos etc. There is a built in wardrobe too. We can remove the furniture if you don't require it. The bathroom would be shared with my daughter (tertiary age). We are all non-smokers and would require the same from a flatmate. We would like a female flatmate. We are welcoming, respectful, tidy and live quietly, but are happy to chat as well. We love travel, a good film, a good book, a glass of sparkly, and watching Dr Who! 5 min drive to the train station 30 second drive to the freeway and also very close the baldivis shopping centre there is plenty of side access and driveway space for cars a big shed for storage plus 1 garage spot available. I have NBN internet and the possibility of foxtel if a flatmate wanted to chip in half as its already hooked up just need to reconnect. Its a good sized house with decent sized rooms with built in wardrobes i also have a spare room i use as storage. The house has evaporative aircon through out and a home theatre system which is my pride and joy lol
A lovely basically brand new home only just 3 years old located in a brand new estate. Close to Aubin grove train station as well as easy access to the freeway and less than 10 minutes from cockburn central, 15 minutes from the beach. Lovely parks around the estate close to doctors and local shops. It's a 3x2 with your own large bathroom. Room has TV point available and wireless internet. One secure garage parking spot as well as street parking right out the front of the house. Also due to work commitments and general taking care of the house, I have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight which would be an extra $30 per fortnight for the cleaning of the whole house. We just got NBN a few months ago and it's ridiculously fast! We're close to buses, parks, the traino, shops. A few minutes drive away from the beach and freeway. We know the owners and they're really good quality! We have plenty of room in the house with loads of space for storage in a spare guest room, the garage or the shed. We've got a really nice lounge room that works like a common room, decent sized kitchen, walk-in pantry, an entertainment room (with oodles of movies and video games) and a small backyard I like to turn into an outdoor cinema in the summers.
