About the property
This master bedroom in Wellard has its own ensuite, and you have access to a theatre room, large living room and all new appliances. We are a couple in our 30s, looking for one housemate (or a couple if they both work full-time) to share our home with. You will have your own private toilet and bathroom as well as 2 large walk in wardrobes. Bills are all included for one person, and if it'sa couple, we we slipt the bills in half. The property is located at a 3 minute drive from Wellard train station and the shops/ Woolworths. We are looking for a tidy and quiet person, who works full time, to join us. We have a cat so you will have to be happy to live with him :)
We ask for 2 weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks bond and the room is available from end of January for ling-term rental (6months+)

About the flatmates
Hi future housemate, you will be sharing this home with a couple in their mid 30's. We both work full time and leave the house early in the morning. We are looking for someone who is quiet at night and with a similar work schedule. We spend the weekends exploring around, hiking and snorkelling, ocasionally staying in and chilling over a game of cards or a couple of Netflix movies. During the week we are quiet and have early nights. We are sociable and friendly but respect each other's space and quiet time. The house is fully furnished and you will have access to all common areas, a theatre room, kitchen and dining area, laundry and scullery, and our little back yard where we are (trying to..) growing some veggies and herbs! We keep the house tidy and clean and expect our new housemate to clean after themselves and share the duties of keeping the common areas tidy too.
