Located half way between the beach and the city it's a perfect location. Chuck in the added bonus that you can walk to/from the airport just like in the movie The Castle - however there is no runway on the back porch. I bought this unit a few years ago and have yet to live in it myself as I have been living in Europe and Melbourne in the last few years. When purchased I did some repainting, fixing up of the kitchen & I have recently installed a large 3.5 kW reverse cycle air-conditioner. Both bedrooms have built in robes and can fit king size beds if necessary. One bathroom/shower to share which is a little small but I intend to remove the bathtub to allow more space. Small living space but ideal for a unit of only 2 people. Downstairs is a communal clothes line. The great points about this property is that there will be NO inspections - but keeping that in mind generally speaking I would prefer a tidy housemate but I am not too fussy about things.
