This huge house sits in between the marina and beach and is full of character and history. It has 2 large seperate living areas divided by the kitchen, and both areas have AC/heat. Awesome 3 bedroom house in Glenelg North. Close to the beach and jetty road. The house has a lot of character and has a large yard for entertaining. The room available is a decent size and I’m only looking to live with one other person despite the 3 bedrooms. The spare area can be used as your own entertaining/lounge room. There’s evaporative cooling in all rooms, an updated kitchen and decent size rooms.

We're located in a great location with the Henley Beach less than a 5 minute drive away, West Lakes shopping centre 10 minutes away, and the city is only a 15/20 minute drive away too. It is a nice, modern house with modern furnishings throughout. We have a small backyard with paving and some grass out the back so enough room to have some fun but unfortunately not a lot of room for pets therefore no pets are allowed in our house.

It has very secure parking thanks to the electronic gate at the front of the 4 townhouses. However one housemate will have to park on the street. Close to public transport (busses and tram). It's about a 40min walk to Glenelg from my place. Glenelg Goodlife gym and General GP is only 10min walk away. I do have a dog so if you don't like dogs then this place isn't for you.
