The unit is located across the road from Mitcham shopping centre. There is a train station and library at the end of the street. It is approx 10-20 minutes into the city driving or via transport. I have a cat called finn, who keeps to himself but does like a ear scratch once he gets to know you. He also sleeps throughout the day and parties at night. The room has built-ins and comes un-furnished. I currently don't have internet connected, but if that is a deal breaker, I am happy to have it connected again. The room comes with a car park (I will just use street parking) so its all yours, it is a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is air conditioning, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer etc. I do have a veggie patch which you are more than welcome to use at anytime.
