The unit is in a great location for uni students, located in a quiet suburb that's a 2 minute walk away from a bus stop can take you to Flinders University, Westfield Marion, and the city. The unit is also within walking distance to a Woolworths, Big W, and BWS as well as many restaurants and fast food places. There's also a small park nearby that has a tennis court as well as a 24 hour gym. The rest of the unit is fully furnished. The lounge room contains a 35 inch TV that's connected to a speaker system and PS4 with a Netflix subscription tied to it. The kitchen has all of the appliances for day-to-day living, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, and electric oven with an electric stove-top. There is also a top loading washing machine and spin dryer as well as a clothesline. The parking spot is open to be used as I do not own a car. Bills are usually cheap with electricity usually $150 each a quarter and we only pay connection for water which is minimal. Minimum stay 1 year - female only. This is a two bedroom unit. Located in Unley Park, great place if you love getting out for a walk. This house has a decent size living space , air-conditioning and a kitchen with a grill and oven. For those we a green thumb, we have a large garden surrounding the place however, this is maintained by the owners of the property (if you aren't into gardening). The bedroom is unfurnished (i don't own the place so cannot provide furniture) however, has a built in wardrobe and a big window. Room is reasonable size and would easily fit a queen bed and desk. Photos don't do this place justice, the area is super quiet and relaxing.
Hi, I'm owner of this cool place, in a great suburb - close to public transport, shops and plenty of take-aways. There are two living areas - retro kitchen, large backyard with entertaining area. Plus I have Foxtel and ducted heating and cooling. Must be neat, clean, tidy and respect privacy. I previously hosted international students so used to sharing the space. Currently two rooms available with adjoining doors. Happy for couples as well as singles. I am very open to FIFO or part-time stays and short term stays. I love food, wine and people and enjoy eating out as well as cooking @ home and chilling out.

GREAT HOUSE. PERFECT LOCATION. Each room is rented individually for maximum flexibility. Rooms are huge and fully furnished (or not if preferred). Just bring your suitcase! Rooms are 4x4m so heaps of space! Bills included! (including cleaner, utilities and wifi etc, landlord also takes care of the gardening for super easy living). Two great outdoor areas for beers and BBQs. The location: 10 minutes drive to the city, the hills or the beach. You can't beat the location! The bus stop is just across the road and the train is a 5 min walk. Two of the best brunch spots in Adelaide are just a short stroll away. A beautiful park with tennis courts and outside gym are just across the road. Minimum 6 month stay. Sorry no couples but over night guests are welcome... :)

Recently fully renovated house in a great suburb - around 15 minutes drive to Adelaide CBD and the beach, 10 minutes to Flinders Uni and ~3 minutes drive (or 10 minute walk) to Castle Plaza Shopping Centre. We are about a 2 minute walk to public transport on Winston Avenue. Its a great suburb with free well maintained public tennis courts, takeaway shops, cafes, restaurants, and a bakery within walking distance. House has reverse cycle air-con in the family room, combustion heating, solar assist hot water, polished timber floors, and heaps of street parking. It has 2 large shared living spaces in addition to the modern kitchen and large garden (with chickens at the back = free eggs). There is a large main bathroom with bath and a second smaller bathroom which are both shared. There are two rooms available but at the current time I am only looking to fill one (with the potential to fill the other at a later time or negotiate to rent it as a second room or study if that's something you're interested in). It looks out to the backyard currently with one window (but hopefully a second window by the time you move in). It would be well suited to someone who worked nightshifts etc and needed somewhere quite and out of the way. Alternatively there is a smaller bedroom in the original house with high ceilings, floor to ceiling mirrored built-in cupboards, and polished floors which is currently used for storage.
