Great location 11km from the CBD down the Tullamarine Freeway, quick drive to Brunswick, close to the Airport and has a decent shopping centre near by. Room 1 is the main master bedroom with en-suite! Room 2 is smaller but airy and shared bathroom with me. Rent is due the 21st of each month and is payed a month in advance with the first rent due December 21st 2018 for Janauary 2019 etc Wifi and pay towards gas and electricity is $65 extra a month with the main rent! This gets 20% discount off the bills when they arrive quarter making them cheaper and never out of pocket massively! Water bill is quarterly and is never too expensive at all! I get a discount on the water so it stays inexpensive for the year! Have a great downstairs living area, with a kitchen and outdoor area to share with you! Own pantry and kitchen cupboards for your essentials, fridge and washing machine are happy for you to use! I’d prefer to pop you on the lease on a 6 month minimum as I currently rent and my two housemates are leaving. Please no smokers or pet owners at all!
