The general house rules are that you pay rent and bills on time, clean up after yourself and be respectful of other housemates and our work schedules. As I’m about to change jobs that will require me to be away for a month at a time, I will be leaving in the next couple of months and the housemates will need to find someone to replace me. As this is a rental property, you will be required to go on the lease agreement at some stage, so a regular income and previous rental history is preferred. Inspections are more than welcome!

Hi potential housemates, I have 2 rooms that are available for either short or long term renting. Each room is different, 1st has a king Single bed mattress, the 2nd has a Double bed mattress; though both rooms have tall-boys for clothing. ( Both rooms are fairly spacely ) The add is for individual rooms each, though I'm not looking for numerous housemates/ boarding house therefore let me know if you'll be interested in both rooms at a reduced rate?? Hello there my name is Alex and my house is situated in Craigieburn 5 min walk from train station, and bus stop right outside the house and 5 min walk to shops, the house is double story so you also have your own privacy upstairs if that's what you like, you are also welcome to share main lounge room it you would like company, there is netflix set up in the main lounge down stair, and you also have a tv in your bedroom to watch telly in bed if that's what you like, and there is 2 large living area;s you will also have your own fridge and cupboard space, My house is very clean and l like it that way, l have nice clean gardens also and l have a dog who sleeps outside but comes inside sometimes during the day but stays in his basket, not allowed to roam the house or sit on furniture, house has heating and air conditioned and a ceiling fan is your bedroom, there is also off street parking and under carport, there is also a large entertainment area with BBQ, There would be no smoking in the house at all nor will there be any type of drugs allowed in this house, a social drinker is more than welcome but not someone who is happy to get drunk regularly, l feel im a very easy person to get along with and my past 2 borders are still friends of mine now and pop in for a drink and chat and lm happy about that. The reason both left is they both sorted out there differences with their partners and haved moved back into their marital homes to start their lives again with their families, You would be more than welcome to talk to either of them about their time boarding here,
