The room available Is a large room with a big built in wardrobe and a study that has a door to the verander with your out toilet and basen. It’s a 3 bedroom house on a quiet street and only 5 minutes walk from Wollongong CBD, train and bus station. With the beach also a convenient 10 min walk away. The massive room is fully furnished but can also have items removed if requested. We are ideally looking for a quiet and respectful person with full time employment or study and is easy to get along with. (No party animals.). Couples are also welcome for an extra $20. All yard maintenance, weekly bins, and laundry facilities are provided as well, so just have to tidy up after yourself. Also rent is not affected by other people moving in or out. All bills are included in this and we also have unlimited internet. We do require a 3 week bond and first weeks rent but also have no minimum or maximum stay with only 3 weeks notice at any point required.
Well my favourite thing is the location you can walk to the beach with no shoes on as its one street fromthe beach/natural pools :) the free bus is a 5 minute walk away as is town. The street is so central and yet very cosy and quiet. Its north/east facing so gets loads of natural light from morning to afternoon. The bedroom can fit a double maybe even a queen and has internal wardrobes. All in all its a little cosy home and you feel instantly at peace here not to mention everything is super modern and greeeeen :) and you have your own car spot.

A huge master room with an ensuite and walk thru robes for him and hers, available for rent is a very good/central location close to pretty much everything Wollongong has to offer. Wollongong train station is just cross the road, free bus is about 200m away, sushi restaurant is just down stairs as well as the Asian groceries. City mall and the Wollongong beach is within the walking distance. University is around 7 mins by the free bus, or aound 4 mins by car, uber or taxi. The room is big enough to accomodate 2 people. I would like to have people who can clean after themselves, keep the place clean and tidy, considerate of others and keep the noise down. Peole who will treat the place like their own house and treat the house mate as their family. So only sensible people need to apply. Party animal need not to apply. Centrally located, you are only a few minutes walk away from Wollongong Central and the train station with easy access to the shuttle bus stop. Despite the central location; the house offers plenty of space and privacy, being one of only two townhouses on the block, tucked away from the street. However, this does mean there is only on-street parking available due to the nature of the block. The house has just about everything you could possibly want or need. It has a great living area, with plenty of space whether you want to spend all day hanging out on the couch or host a few friends. The kitchen also has ample space for anyone who loves to cook, and the laundry is fully equipped for all your laundry needs.
The property is in pretty much an unbeatable location - 5 or 6 minute walk to Crown St mall and Woolies in one direction, and 50 metres from South Beach the other. It's also a pretty quiet street as it's not really a through road. The advertised bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, (3-door wide) built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. The bathroom is essentially directly across the hall way from the bedroom door. The apartment itself is very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen is big, and looks over the living and dining areas.
