About the flatmates
We have a two bedroom apartment that is very well located near the shops and transport to Wollongong University. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need to just move in and start living.
We are 4 Wollongong University student. There are 2 males in one room and 2 females in the second room. Each room has two separate near king single size beds. One of our female flatmates has finished studying at Wollongong University and sadly is moving out. We wish her very well.
So now we are 3 uni students looking for a female flatmate to share our two bedroom apartment.
There are two separate bathrooms.
One off street garage space is available to share with the flatmates. There is also off street parking nearby.
The rent is $220 per week per person.
The room is available from 19 December 2025.
There is very Good Internet, electricity, water and gas are included in the rent.
