This is a spacious and modern second floor unit within a secured building in the perfect location, just on the edge of town. Close enough to easily walk anywhere in town, to the train station or to the beach but also far enough out of town that we're not in the middle of it all. Off the living area is a cosy little balcony which would fit a BBQ and is perfect for a casual drink. The shared bathroom is large and includes a spa bath. The unit is mostly furnished, but the bedroom is not, so you are able to deck it out just how you like it. We have NBN internet which actually never cuts out (I know!) and is extra on top of rent. Electricity/gas and water bills are split evenly when they arrive quarterly.
