About the flatmates
Hi! My name is Kim and I'm letting out two rooms in my 3 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor.
You'll be living with Hana, a tutor at UoW in her mid-20s.
We're looking for someone mature, tidy and respectful. Friendly hangs and chats are great but no crazy partying or antics please - everything in the home belongs to my family.
Bills are an extra $50-ish a month (high speed internet and electricity).
There's one car spot available for an additional $10/week.
