A good sized bedroom available with a built in wardrobe. No pets allowed, sorry!
My little town house is on a quiet street, 5 minute walk to the train station that drops you off in the heart of Adelaide. 5 minute drive to Arndale shopping center where you can buy anything and everything. All rooms have been furnished with storage for clothes, bed and a desk. linen is provided. cooking utensils are provided e.g. frying pans, saucepans, microwave, toaster, kettle,2x fridges and cutlery. There is also a Dinner table and T.V. (we have a nice new little flat screen tv not the old box in the photo haha) in the common area. I have also organised a cleaner to come once a week. He is to help maintain the house but it is still everyone's responsibility to keep the house clean

It’s a very nice location, 10 mins from the CBD, 2 mins to the nearest shopping centre, 15 mins to the beach and hungry jacks is directly across the road! You can see the drive thru form the balcony lol. It’s a small place but it has everything you need, washing machine, washing line, PlayStation, air conditioning, heater, LED tv, kitchen utensils like toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots and pans.

The house is fully furnished has a dishwasher puretap, washing machine etc. The bedroom is currently furnished but I’m flexible. It also has its own private balcony and built in. 1 main shared bathroom with a second toilet downstairs. Unfortunately I’m not allowed to have any pets in my strata.
