Great location close to cafes and restaurants, lovely 3rd floor sunny apartment with a small balcony and a leafy view out to the escarpment. Just a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Bulli beach, also walking distance to gyms, shops, supermarkets and a bus stop. The place is furnished apart from the bedroom. The room does have built-ins with and a nice sunny outlook. Rent is $200 a week, Internet is $30 per month, Electricity bills extra but have been pretty low..
A good sized room, with bed, built-ins, wall unit and small study desk - I am happy for you to redecorate to some extent.. the only items that cannot be moved from the room is the wall unit- so if you have a double bed, I can remove the single bed. You will be sharing the bathroom and of course everyone is expected to clean up after themselves. You would be sharing with two females that cleanup after themselves, enjoy being a bit social, but respect your need for privacy. I have a no smoking and no pets policy, I like a clean place, but I am not a freak about it, I will opt to go out and then get back to the clean up. I am very much an outdoorsy person. The beach is just at the end of the street, and so is the bike track and the area has a very casual feel to living - especially in the summer. The train station is about a 8min walk and the bus a 5min walk. If you think you could fit in, love to hear from you :)

I am a mature, clean and tidy person, I like to cook and enjoy a good chat, or can easily sit and chill watching a movie. The house is within 100 meters from the ocean, you can hear the waves at night, a bus top to Uni outside and a 10 minute walk to Woonona station. There's NBN , Netflix, air conditioning, a lovely big back yard and great walks and cafes around. I have a well trained Kelpie who loves to play and loves people, so hopefully you like dogs.
This house would suit a female mid to late twenties. It’s a medium sized old fashioned house with a resident lap dog and two outdoor cats. I’m the owner and I’m quite funky and folky !I don’t always live here and spent last year away but for now I am back... There are two wonderful students here, very friendly and home loving earthy types ..one 25 year old Kiama male for two years already ( he’s the folky guitarist ) and one 27 year old female from Brazil who’s been here about a year ( she’s the surfer ) It’s on the bus route for Wollongong UNI right outside the house ..The single room is low price because it’s small but its very sweet and furnished. Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom has a spa .. veranda is were we eat breakfast or chill. Beautiful back garden ..and healthy veggie patch .. atm there’s a roaring wood fire 🔥 in the lounge. We mostly do our own individual cooking but occasionally have gatherings of our friends and there’s a fire place in the garden.

Students please note that we are not close to the Uni and if you don't have a car it wont be convenient, so please do NOT contact me unless you have considered this. If you do have a car then its no problem getting to Uni. You can catch a bus, but it's not quick. 15 minutes to bus stop. The room is private being under the main house, it has a toilet and kitchenette, but no shower. You have to come upstairs into the main house to shower. It's a very quiet household. We cannot take any PETS, However... We have 2 young boxer dogs so you MUST like dogs and be able to handle them. The dogs are not allowed in your area however, but you will intercept them at the gates and backyard so you must be a dog lover. You MUST be either working or studying and be independently busy. No welfare accepted. Be quick for this very popular room! A very private room, since it is downstairs under the main part of the house. A good size room- about 4m x 3.3m. Freshly renovated and very cheerful and bright, and cool in summer. Has a kitchenette adjacent and toilet. Shower inside main house. Cooking appliances and utensils provided. Beautifully lit with gorgeous high ceilings and hardwood floors. This is a spacious two bedroom flat already furnished (however if you're wishing to bring any furnishings to kitchen or living room i'm happy to discuss this). The bedroom gets just enough sunlight in the afternoon to really appreciate the beauty of where you are living, and the spacious loungeroom (and kitchen) are both great for entertaining. Incredibly close to the beach (under 1-minute walk) with a lush and spacious backyard (featuring two separate veggie gardens and room for a third) that is perfect for a BBQ with friends. Close walk into Thirroul township where there is a wide array of restaurants, bars, cafes, music venues, shops and friendly laid-back folks. Walking across the road to the beach you’ll find the pathway links up to the Wollongong beach track, perfect for an early morning scenic jog/late afternoon stroll. This unit is the third in a series of units (3 in total) backing onto the backyard and connected to another in front (my neighbour is a beautiful 90 year old Scottish gal who encourages the occasional party if her neighbours wish). There is a gardener who tends to the backyard most afternoons and weekends, all other times the backyard is the perfect little private oasis. Unit comes with its own furry Mascot - my house bunny Lentil (or Lenni for short) who lives in a little two-storey flat inside. She is let out when I am home and loves to hop around and chill (or follow you to the fridge for some kale), however is caged at all other times. If you do not wish to mingle with her, that is fine! Electricity is paid quarterly and will be split between the two of us, and internet (and Netflix) is also optional. Water is included in the bill and no gas is used. I strive to live sustainably (sometimes i'm not the greatest) so there is a composting bin in the backyard and I buy food in bulk at our local Co-op. I love a good afternoon cook-up, so it would be great to cook for more than one! * Some of the furnishings will not be there when moving in - bed, cupboard and side table (there is also a large desk not pictured) in bedroom will be moved, guitars, skateboards, surfboards and other random things will be moved so it will be much more spacious! Little Lenni will also be moved somewhere more sensible to not cause any bother.
