We have netflix, stan, amazon prime set up in the lounge room, great for binge watching TV shows and movies!! The lounge also has air con. We are a very relaxed household. I have an energetic jack russell. He is very cute and loves hanging out with humans. Although bills are not included in the rent, its just $30 a month for internet and TV streaming, approx $25 per month for the cleaner and occasional lawn mowing when needed (approx $16 each time, or free if you mow the lawns yourself!!) Electricity is quarterly and is usually around $120pp.
