We both work full time and study so lead fairy busy lives but it doesn't stop us from cooking dinner together sometimes and chating life "interesting conversations", We are not the type of people to invade each others space understanding that people are busy and need their me time. Our back gate opens onto a beatiful park with free tennis courts and a little jungle Forrest, extreamly good for relaxing walk and just a 5 minuet walk to Coles or I shop once a week over in northcot at Terre Madre and am happy to take you with me ! About 15 minuet walk (4 minuet bike ride) to the train. Open to meeting anyone who wants to meet us as it's a lot easier to see if we are a fit in person rather then judging online... "this is not tinder for housemate!" ๐ The room is available on the 8th of december and we will be holding viewings over the next two weeks! It is conveniently situated right next to Yarraville village and the train station, literally only one minute walk down the street. It takes 15 minutes from our house to the city via the train, so it is the perfect if you use public transport regularly. Home features: Air-conditioning, heating, Broadband Internet, Clothes washer, Clothes Dryer, Courtyard garden, and BBQ facilities Bills and expenses: Bills will be divided evenly per person. We love the location of this property, super close to the city with the West Gate extremely accessible, and only a short drive to Williamstown and surrounding beaches. Very close to shops, restaurants and Yarraville Village. Public transport is also easily accessible from the property. The house itself is quirky but charming, boasting hardwood floors and aircon/heating in main areas, with a decent front yard and beautiful garden perfect for cracking a few tinnies. The advertised room itself is spacious, unfurnished, with BIR and it's own split system. We also have a spare 32" TV for use within the room if wanted. Side note: The rent for the house is $1928 per month, and we prefer to split that evenly between the number of tenants living here.

Less than 10 minutes walk to Yarraville Station (6 minutes if you walk & run which I do every morning). if you drive, you can get onto Westgate Bridge in 5 minutes. You will be sharing with a 29 years old full-time civil engineer, who is completing a photography degree on part-time bases. Rent is $160 a week. Other utility bill (water, power, gas & 1st tier NBN) will be shared. The room is for one person only.

Hi my name's Murray, my house is located on the border of Yarraville/Seddon so the best of both worlds & a close walk to trains, cafes & bars for either suburb. The area has a great cafe/restaurant precinct, local art house cinema, beaches, parks etc. & also very close to the city (just 10 mins by train and a 10 min walk to Seddon or Yarraville station). The room itself is large & comes with decent wardrobe space, split system reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, hydronic heating for the colder months & includes a 46" widescreen TV in your bedroom complete with included Netflix & Chromecast, so all you need is a bed. All modern conveniences including a good kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with a garden outlook, walk in shower & spa bath & also a 2nd separate toilet to the one that's in the bathroom. Also a nice medium sized backyard garden that gets a great breeze from the bay on hotter days so a good place for a beer or wine. The rent is $315/week including bills, I'm looking to only share with one other so the house will only be shared by two.. Unrestricted on-street parking is available but no-off street parking. Of course in the end it's also important to live with the right person. I have a 5 year old pug/zu cross dog called Sophie so you need to like dogs. Sophie can make off with your socks if you leave your bedroom door open :) I'm a non smoker so would prefer someone who's the same but can cope with a considerate smoker however outside only. We have one bathroom but we also have an outdoor loo too. Basically, it has quite a bit of space. We also have unlimited internet. The utility bills come quarterly and internet is paid monthly ($15 a month). One thing to note. It's a meat-free house (apart from our cat!) but you don't have to be a vegetarian to live here. :

The townhouse is fully furnished within the shared areas and is a great place to be- light filled, wooden floors and equipped with all the modern appliances anyone would ever need (dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and a dryer). On top of that it has a cute garden area as well! Your bedroom is located on the ground floor- I am on the first floor so this gives us plenty of privacy. The room is unfurnished, has a big built in robe storage and has enough space for a Queen size bed and some additional furniture. You will have access to your own bathroom, although the shared laundry is also located there. The house is in a great spot five-minute walk to the central area of Yarraville, Yarraville train station, pubs, shops and the great Sun Theatre.
