Greetings! I have a room available in a lovely comfortable 3 bedroom free standing home - Only sharing with myself. The house is within 5 minutes to the main drag (Anderson Street) that has lots of good cafes, a few good bars, Sun Theatre and Yarraville Train Station :-) The bedrooms are a standard size. The interior was renovated about 3 years ago so it is quite pleasant. The house is furnished, apart from the room that is available. There is a little back yard with a small under cover section between the house and old shed. The kitchen is a decent size and the lounge room is the same size as the bedrooms. The third bedroom that is joined to the lounge room is kept as a spare room for storage and anything else for both of us to share. I am looking for a considerate, relaxed, easy going and compatible housemate. A night owl would not work or fit into my lifestyle. Hi everyone :) We now have a room available in our wonderful home. The room is massive and has lots of natural light. Hey. We keep a clean house in Newport. It is a nice area close to everything! We are very close to the train station and it takes just over 20 odd minutes to Flinders Street. Car parking is available on the street. The house has a front lounge room that hardly gets used and we use the single car garage for storage. As we continue further down the hall we have the large bedroom on offer with a built in robe. Down the back past the other 2 bedrooms and the bathroom and laundry we come to the family room. The family room has a large kitchen, dining and lounge area thats perfect for hanging out in. There is a courtyard out the back. We have central heating for those cold winters and an air-condition for those odd hot days. We have a fully furnished house and some mattresses if you didn't have a bed. The internet is $20 a month and the bills do not come to much as we are conservative. Bills are split 3 ways when they come. Room is 3.4 x 2.5m, can fit a double bed and a desk ( and has a massive closet) 5 minute walk to Western Health Footscray hospital and 10 minute drive to Highpoint Shopping centre and 10 min walk to vic uni. Living w two cool girls, Zahrah and Tash (doctors ... so you know...free meds) who are quite laid back It's best to clarify the costs and duties here to avoid awkward conversations later. ;) Happy for the new housemate to move in at any time (as long as its before March 20th!) ***Pay rent monthly on time - Rent as specified includes internet (unlimited use) - Electricity and water bills are quite negligible(compared to the rent) considering everyone in the house works 5-6 days a week. ***Cleaning common areas on weekends - we take turns.
