So, both of my housemates are about to venture overseas and therefore I need some more crew to join me over here in this vintage and spacious spot of retro paradise that is the Spotty Crib. We're 13 min walk from the train and the trip is about 12 minutes to the city. The rooms available are both medium sized, one comes with BIR the other does not. The one with is situated at the front of the house opposite the lounge and the other off the kitchen. We have everything you need for living the life of mediocre dreams however I'm still in the process of making it homely (I've only been here a few months) so if you have anything to add please do! I've essentially got all the furniture in the house but the rooms are unfurnished. In the garage I have a purpose built studio for my music. It is probably 80% soundproof. I've never had a complaint ever and I rehearse in there a lot both with my band and alone - however sorry to say I'm not looking to have any musicians move in. So little bit about the place/area. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the first floor located in Kingsville with on street and off street parking. It's a 15 minute drive into the city or a 15-20 minute train ride. Bus routes on each end of the street that go to Footscray station, Yarraville station and Laverton station. 10-15 minute walk to coles and 20 minute walk to Yarraville station and High point shopping centre is just a short drive away. Rent is $135 a week for single person or $90 a week per person if a couple, bills not included. Our bills have never been that high anyway. There is wifi available but not included in the rent. The bedroom comes unfurnished and the rest of the apartment is mostly furnished so if you have anything you want to bring let me know and we'll see what we can do.
