*Move in date is flexible but early December is what we're aiming for* Beautiful spacious two bedroom apartment for rent in Yarraville! Walking distance from Seddon Station and the Yarraville Village, which has supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, a couple of bars and the Yarraville Sun Theatre. The place itself is super spacious with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a huge living area and separate kitchen and one bathroom. The whole apartment is hardwood floors (other than the tiled bathroom) and has panel heaters and an NBN connection. The unit block is only two storeys high and this apartment is on the top floor, and because it's at the back it actually shares no walls with any other apartments. The floor is of course connects to the ceiling of the apartment below, but I've never heard anything through there before. The living room is huge and spacious, with enough room for a living space and a dining space, as well as a little balcony out the front which you could use for a table and chairs or maybe some plants (or both!). The separate kitchen has heaps of storage and an electric cooktop, as well as a window that looks out onto foliage and brings in some sunlight. The bathroom has a shower (no shower bath combo that you have to climb into) and so much storage space, plus a spot for a washing machine and dryer. The toilet is in a separate little room within the bathroom, so if someone is using the toilet you can still access the sink/washing machine/storage space. The master bedroom is huge - over 20 sq.m by my estimation - and has a built in wardrobe and separate mirror wardrobe provided by the owner. It's enough space for a king bed, desk, chest of drawers, bookcase, and much much more! I have been using this room and currently have my piano in there, and there's still so much space if I wanted to add more. The bedroom also has a big window which looks over the substation (i.e. no neighbours!) and The other bedroom is smaller but still a great size, it has space for a double/queen bed, desk and a chest of drawers. This bedroom also has built in wardrobe space and a window that brings in really lovely sunlight. The pictures do not do this place justice so please come see for yourself! I think the apartment would suit a couple, a couple and another single or two singles. You would go on the lease, which ends on July 1 2018.
Hey guys, I'm looking to lease out a room in this mostly furnished house and on the lookout for someone to fill the remaining room for $900pcm +plus bills (NBN & Netflix at no cost), $900 bond. The room itself is unfurnished (except for the bed if you want) situated towards the front of the house and is 3.7m x 4.4m, so pretty large, and small built in wardrobes. Nice big backyard to relax in around a fire or host a BBQ. Outdoor Laundry which we neatly organize our storage in also, toilet and shed to store all your tools or gardening equipment. I'm currently setting up the Bungalow as another bedroom, so I sleep there, leaving the 3rd bedroom in the main part of the house as a study/ office which connects to the lounge. So more usable space for everyone! Parking is super easy, no restrictions on street and all the neighbours have a driveway/ garage (we have a driveway and car port aswell) so the street is practically empty. It's roughly a 10-15min walk to Yarraville train station and the town centre where you'll find heaps of cafes, restaurants, the Sun Theatre, etc.. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk to Yarraville Station and an easy drive to the CBD. The town house is a 5-10 mintue walk to the train station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to explore in Yarraville. There also is a bus stop right outside the front door. The room up for rent is the master bedroom which has an ensuite. The town house is in new condition as it’s not even a year old. My room/bathroom is down stairs and your bedroom/ensuite is upstairs so the town house offers privacy.

If you don't have a car, you're welcome to come with me to Coles, Woolworths and aldi, and do your shopping at the same time and I'll be happy to drive you. Friendly neighbours and quiet street. Modern bathroom and kitchen with hot water heat limiter turned off so those of you who love a *hot* shower or bath, you'll be in heaven! Central heating, ceiling fans in all rooms, air conditioned kitchen / dining area. Your room, the master, is the coolest by far in summer and warmest in winter. No real estate to worry about, private rental. Smoking is fine (I smoke) but outside only. Pets are fine too and the back yard is secured so they won't get out. Unless it's a cat. If you have furniture and white goods, bring them, as I'll have to get new fridge, washing machine, microwave, sofas etc once the lady who also lives here moves out, but that's no drama. Kitchen has lots of storage and an inbuilt wine rack. Lounge room isn't huge but it's a decent size and enough for 6 people to relax and watch a movie while sharing pizza. The local kebab place does kebab pizzas. Now THAT is a selling point!

The house itself was built in 1960 and it's adorable. Front lounge room and huge sunroom. The house is furnished already but feel free to bring any of your own stuff! You will need to furnish your bedroom. Internet is unlimited and is $30 a month. Bond is your half of a month's rent (so $801.50). Your bedroom has built in robes and shelves and an aerial port for a TV. I do have a cat, he's both indoor and outdoor and he just does his own thing. As long as you clean up after yourself I'm happy!
