You will be sharing with a 29 years old full-time civil engineer, who is completing a photography degree on part-time bases. Rent is $160 a week. The house is a converted church hall and is quite unusual. We like to read, spend time in the country and relax and chat. We have an energetic Irish Terrier who lives outside except he sleeps in an indoor dog tent at night. My son loves reading and playing Lego. The room is upstairs. I'm in a 3 bedroom property with ample off-street parking. I use 2 of the 3 bedrooms but the 3rd one rarely gets used. It's clean, tidy, comfortable and it's next to the bathroom. The mattress is really nice to sleep on. I'm right next to a park and close to shops, cafes, train station. Mine is not a party house.
