About the property
Heya! A spacious room for one female in a sun-lit house near Yarraville station is up for sublet from 1 March to mid March 2026 (dates can be negotiated).

The room comes furnished with a double bed, pillow, and doona. The house has a bunch of stuff for you to use (standing desk, oven, microwave, tv etc) and you'll also have 2 furry cats (Yuna & Minnie) to keep you company! No other pets sorry.

I'm travelling for a bit so you'll be sharing the space with my sweetest friend Christine! She's clean, organised and respects privacy - hopefully you are similar too. Not a party house. :)
