The four bedroom, one bathroom house is located right by the edge of Flynn and the Charnwood shops, and just down the road from a bus stop. We have fully furnished the house, including a large shared study desk, which we plan on getting a PC for. The bedrooms, however, are not furnished. One is slightly larger and has been recently renovated however doesn’t have a built in wardrobe. The second is a bit smaller, but has a built in wardrobe. This second room is yellow and blue. It has been cleared to be painted a neutral colour, like white. There’s a decent size backyard with a small vegetable patch, which we’d love to get started. Unfortunately, our lease doesn't allow pets. As well as gas heating through the house, the lounge room has a large fireplace. We don’t have a dryer, but the clothesline in the backyard is large. We have quiet and polite neighbours who keep to themselves. Our garage has space for one car to park and has a little lockable storage room. Street parking is limited; however having four cars at the house won’t be a problem. With one car in the garage, there is space for two cars in the drive way. Currently there is only the two of us, however we would like four people here. We have an unlimited, reliable, max speed NBN plan with iinet, with Netflix and Stan. We’ve equally divided the cost and included it into rent to make it easier to pay. With four people living here, rent and internet is $150. For three people, it would be $185. When gas/electricity/water bills come through, our plan is to be dividing it equally between the four of us.
